The staff that attended to us was nice and patient. I came with my two kids and wanted to but same shoe for both. Unfortunately, the shoe we wanted to buy didn't fit my older child because she's got a wide fit. The person that attended to us, got other designs and assisted my daughter until we got the right fit.

Lily was brilliant fitting shoes for my child. Nothing was too much and she was lovely with the children and seemed very knowledgeable/ efficient.

We were served by Holly who was only on her third shift but she was great. Very attentive for our 3 children and a success all round since we found 3 pairs of shoes for them all.

Melosa in Staines was super helpful and friendly! She listened carefully to what I needed and gave me honest advice. I normally hate shopping for shoes but Melosa made the experience fun and painless. Thanks again, Melosa!

Macy was proactive and very knowledgable about all products and she had a wonderful approach in customer care which met all our needs.
Macy took every measure to measure my daughters foot and then gave me a wide spectrum of shoes to choose from how could we not buy the shoes which my daughter is so happy with.

I visited Clark’s in Staines with my 17 month old and was served by a lady called Leanne.
Leanne provided the best service I have received whilst shopping in a long time, she was so patient and helpful with me and my little boy trying on many shoes until we found the perfect pair and really took the time with us to make this a lovely experience. Will definitely be back there when the time comes for my son’s next pair of shoes.

I was served very professionally and kindly by Melosa. Whilst trying on shoes, a customer came into the store who was gobby, vile and abusive from the word go. She gave some significantly wrong details which meant (understandably) that Melosa could not initially find the purchase in the storeroom. The customer became more and more abusive and then became unbelievably abusive about Melosa's personal appearance etc. At all times Melosa remained calm, professional, gently assertive. She deserved a medal. I was shaken to have to witness that, as was Melosa herself and another customer. Well done Melosa.

Ordering process was easy, shoes are a good fit and good quality. Bit disappointed that they were a couple of days later than I was told to expect them but fortunately didn’t order them for a specific occasion. It wasn’t the stores fault, they were ordered online.

Polite and attentive staff. Our requirements were in stock. Most importantly, our grandson really liked the shoes and slippers (bought on two separate visits). It seems he only takes them off when it’s time for bed!

The staff went above and beyond to complete the transaction.
They are aware that school shoe options are very poor in choice and prices are pushing people to other stores.
I suggest having Clarkes outlet linked or with the store as it will increase footfall.
Also, the styles which once covered most generations now appears to have reduced again to a limited fashion style....not quite up to date on the ladies front

First arrived and branch was busy which was to be expected kids going back to school....a lovely assistant Charlene was very polite and efficient. We was in and out of the store within 10 minutes with a pair of shoes my son needed. Thank you Charlene

Clarks in Staines was fully prepared for the back to school rush, with someone to greet you and advise on waiting time and extra staff on hand to make sure wait time was only around 15 minutes. Charlotte served us and was very patient with my two sons, and very knowledgeable about the range of products and had helpful
Suggestions about which styles would fit best and happy to keep going back to stockroom for different options to try.

Popped in on the Sunday before school starts to get shoes for both kids. Even though we were welcomed with “well you’ve left this late” from the store manager, she passed us on to one of her team. Sachin couldn’t have been more helpful. Measured both kids shoes and gave advice about sizing including watching the kids feet as they walked to see if the shoes were slipping. He went back and for a few times, with different styles and sizes, until we got the right one. Both kids went home happy! Great work Sachin.

Saved the day!

I went into another Clarkes on holiday and ordered shoes to be delivered to my home store. However when they arrived, they had been ordered in the wrong size. As school starts in a few days, I was understandably frustrated and worried about not having shoes. Leanne, immediately took charge and helped me come up with a solution. She didn’t just sell me a pair of shoes to make the sale, she gave good advice and tried to sort the problem caused by not only another member of staff but a different branch. By some miracle she got a replacement pair sent next day delivery and we now have shoes for my daughter’s first day back! Leanne is a credit to Clarkes, the epitome of good service and an absolute legend! Thank you so much!

Despite the last minute school shoe shoppers

Went to Staines store to get school shoes, was greeted on arrival and given information on when I would be seen. A gentleman called Satyam was very helpful and knowledge with my children’s measurements and shoe fittings. Very happy with the overall service at the store, and thankful to Satyam for his help!

The young man Satchin worked so very hard and was very polite, patient and efficient

Alfie at Staines branch was very helpful in finding the right pair of shoes for my son.
