Just want to sing the praises of Cindy who was amazing at helping a very stubborn 2 year old find the shoes he wanted, she was so patient and kind, thank you!

I’ve been looking for a replacement pair of my beloved boots for over two years - finally I found them at the Stevenage branch of Clarks. It took several phone calls to track them down and Jane and Laura at the Stevenage store could not have been more helpful. Welcoming, knowledgeable and made the whole experience a joy - thanks so much ladies! I’m delighted with my boots - just what I was after and well worth the long search.

We unfortunately had to return my daughter’s school shoes as the uppers had come away from the sole after one term of use. We went to our local store in Stevenage who were brilliant, they re-measured my daughters feet and exchanged the shoes and very kindly gave us the next size up (which we didn’t expect) I know their shoes aren’t cheap but they usually last, are good for my daughter’s feet, are fitted properly and we always receive great service.

The assistant named Brenda, engaged with both our sons who needed support in having their feet measured, she had a great understanding and was aware that both our sons were Autistic without us having to explain and this showed great customer service, for us as parents it assured us that Clarks has been and always will be the right place to go. More staff like Brenda with her understanding would go along way in the SEN community.

Cindy in the Stevenage store was wonderful with my 1 year old granddaughter and succeeded where staff in your Cambridge store did not.
As a past employee of Clarks myself (Ireland Head Office in the ‘70’s) I also found Cindy very loyal to the brand.

Zahra was a super star. Patient and knowledgeable.

We were served by Alexandra. She was patient and polite and helped us get the shoes we needed. Plus labels.

We went to Clarks in Stevenage and a young lady named Melody helped us. Melody was amazing. She had the patience of a saint dealing with my daughter who's very indecisive. Melody help my daughter and gave her time to make up her mind.
Thank you Melody, you made what could have been a very stressful visit in a pleasant visit.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and clearly prepared for the busy back to school season. Melody helped my son choose his first pair of school shoes. She was friendly, polite and excellent with children. She made the experience fun and enjoyable for him and me and his dad.
They had a good selection of shoes and Melody was very knowledgeable about sizes and finding the right fit!

In the Stevenage store we received wonderful and quick service by an employee named Georgia who was polite and efficient at everything that was asked of her.

The staff where really helpful and Cindy was really knowledgeable. My son has NHS insoles for his shoes so it's important to get the right fit. Cindy was training a new member of staff Ameila I was happy for Cindy to take her time show and explain to Amelia how to fit his shoes correctly. This was the best clarks school shoe shop I have had with three children in many years. Excellent staff training by Cindy.

Took my Daughter into the Stevenage branch for new school shoes and was served by a lovely lady called Chloe. She made my Daughter feel very at ease at was very efficient. She is a credit to Clarks

She was amazing with my 16 months old. She made us feel welcome and comfortable within the store.

Cindy was amazing with my toddler, measuring his feet without him crying and gave excellent advice on the best fit for him.

Saturday Morning I had a shoe fitting booked for my little boy.
The lady named Cindy welcomed me with a friendly smile and said good morning, she asked how she could help me.
She was very helpful, measuring my child’s feet and choosing the right shoes.

She went into the warehouse and picked out some lovely shoes which I ended up purchasing.

Thankyou for the lovely experience will be back soon when his due his next measuring.

Cindy was very knowledgeable and helpful today with my two girls both needing new trainers

Zahra was the greatest help . Buying shoes for my narrow feet daughter is always a nightmare but Zahra made it a very pleasant and successful experience.
