We took our daughter in to buy her first pair of school shoes. Eilidh looked after us and from the moment we arrived she was patient, friendly and helpful.

Shoe fitting ninjas - super impressed!
Morven and her colleague in Stirling on Friday 20th September when we went in around 1630 were fantastic. It was the end of the day and had gone in with our 2 year old daughter who was tired, hungry and had limited patience for trying on a new pair of shoes! Morven and colleague were brilliant with her, entertaining, distracting her and managing to slip her feet into the shoes like shoe fitting ninjas! Amazing. So professional, patient, helpful, knowledgeable about the products and a credit to the shop. One of the best toddler shoe shopping experiences we’ve had. Thank you - absolutely top customer service.

Friendly, patient staff
I had the pleasure of shopping in the Stirling store with my granddaughter recently. The sales assistant Sophie was so patient with my granddaughter as she must have tried on 8 pairs of school shoes before she was happy. We never felt we were being a bother. I would definitely shop here again.

Kids new shoes
I took my two toddler's in to get their feet measured at the Stirling store, it was Anne's first day measuring and she was great with both kids. My 2 year old loved it so much she asked if she could stay. Thank you as always, wouldn't go anywhere else

I would give 10 stars if I could! Jayne welcomed me with a friendly hello and made me feel at ease. She went the extra mile helping me find not only 1 pair of Sandals for my holiday but 2 pairs! She worked really hard bringing lots of options and definitely deserves a medal! She is an asset to your store. The shop has a lovely atmosphere to it and I will definitely recommend.
