I visit this store in Sutton Coldfield often to buy shoes for my 3 year old daughter, and without fail, we are always greeted and welcomed warmly, by one particular staff member. Unfortunately, I do not have her name, but she has shoulder length black hair, around 5ft, and she has been fitting our daughter’s feet since her first pair of shoes. She has consistently remained knowledgeable about the products, maintained a customer-centric mindset, and adopted an understanding of what my daughter may like or dislike, and need, before we’ve even told her.

She is a true brand ambassador and the reason we continue to purchase from this store and the company.

Worker called eraj was absolutely amazing. very friendly, very polite. a true asset to his team. He was patient with me and helped me choose the perfect pair of shoes 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Well done to him hes been raised right

Superb service from Simon at Sutton Coldfield store. His perseverance, patience and product knowledge was second to none in finding school shoes for my daughter that both fitted well and which she liked. Rare to find that dedicated, caring service from a retailer these days but it exists here.

Every year I buy my sons school shoes from Clark’s. The service has always been good and I’ve never had a problem with the shoes, they always last the school year.
Unfortunately I bought a pair this time that after 3 days rubbed my sons heel badly and caused a blister.
I took them back to Clark’s and explained. They re-measured him, checked the fitting and agreed they were big on the heel which had caused the blister. We tried another pair which were more comfortable and decided that we would need to go for these particular ones but were reluctant as we’d already paid £46 for the previous ones!
However, the staff member was amazing and said that he would just do an exchange!
So very grateful to Clarks and this is why they stand out from the rest!
Will definitely recommend and purchase from Clarks again!

Excellent service received from Imaan at the Sutton Coldfield store, who was very sweet and attentive with my daughter getting fitted for school shoes. Although the store didn’t have the sizes available in some styles that we were interested in, Imaan brought out alternatives and we left with a lovely pair of shoes and my daughter was very happy.

Absolutely disgusting measured daughters feet wrong so when shoes came they didn’t fit and no shoes for school

Went to collect my sons shoes the staff all seemed young in the sutton Coldfieldstore. The girl had to look for the order and came back a few time. Was quite in store not one member came to ask if I wanted them to check my sons shoe we tried on right opposite the till. Me and my daughter checking they felt OK.

Imaan could not have been more patient and helpful, during what was clearly a very busy day. Thank you!

I booked an appt online for my daughter to have her feet measured in order to purchase some new school shoes. The process couldn’t have been easier! There was no waiting and we were seen straight away by a lady called Imaan. My daughter was relaxed because Imaan chatted to her whilst measuring her feet them fitting the shoes. We always buy Clark’s shoes because I have a lot of trust in the brand and the measurements taken are always spot on!

My sons school shoes were hurting his little toes so took him in to store assuming his feet had grown. Sam measured his feet and he was still the same size and the style needed do not come any wider than he already has. Ellise suggested we try men’s shoes as generally wider and more options for a business style shoe in wide fitting and said she would charge the same price as the school shoe. We were able to find a pair that fitted comfortably and able to save £18. Great suggestions and service - definitely meant they got my custom. I loved the integrity of providing shoes for children at children’s price rather than having to pay for adult shoes to fit a child.

Visited Sutton Coldfield today and Marian was very helpful! Lovely, happy and personal service!
