Great site, quality of merchandise rather jaded.
I loved the old steam shed site. Beautiful history and architecture. The centre was spotlessly clean and well cared for with some lovely areas to sit and relax.
Sadly the shopping on offer was very disappointing and the big names were crammed with inferior products ‘pretending’ to be the real thing. I am not gullible enough to be taken in by this and if I want a premium product I will pay a little extra to get the real deal. I am not interested in inferior stuff that won’t sell or products that are a slightly wonky colour. Goods made especially for this market are of little interest to me. It’s a shame because I enjoyed my visit.

Great customer service from Sahil!
Today we visited the Clarks outlet store in Swindon designer outlet with our 1 year old for her first shoes. Sahil was absolutely fantastic with our very very fussy 1 year old as she had a huge meltdown as he was finding out her size. He stayed calm and was so helpful with getting us the right size and explained everything to us. A great big thank you Sahil!
