Grace at the Freeport Talke store was exceptional fitting my 18 month wriggly little boy his new shoes. She measured them perfectly despite his best efforts to avoid having them done, then when his size were not available to browse in store she grabbed several pairs from the back including brand new ones not yet put out. We picked two pairs and got the buy one get one half price deal. Thank you so much Grace!

I am a mere male of the species and went to Clarks Talke to purchase shoes/boots for my grandchildren for XMAS! which could have proved a disaster! Jill and Caroline were absolutely wonderful! So patient and very helpfull in giving me advice. I came away with 4 pairs of shoes/boots and feedback from mum was that I had made good purchases! Absolutely amazing service today from Jill and Thea , such lovely people and a real credit to Clark’s Outlet at Talke Freeport .
I had ordered shoes online which I found to be slightly small , not only did they make returning them very easy but they found me some alternatives one pair of which I took away and the others in an alternative colour were ordered and will be delivered to my home address .

The staff were very helpful and inclusive with my autistic son who says school shoe Fitting is the worse day of the year! Well his mind has been changed.. Jill ensured that a quiet area was available and was very attentive to his needs. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Highly recommend this store. I went for school shoes with my 4 children one of which is disabled and the care she received by Jill was incredible. Service was quick and extremely helpful. School shoe shopping is usually stressful however this was a very pleasant experience.

The lady with short blonde hair is really rude, really not surprised more and more clarkes stores are shutting down because the managers in stores seem like they don't want to be there
Wait time in store extremely long, no rush or effort in the staff at all and they don't provide exceptional customer service or even crack a smile so its not really worth the wait at all
Clarks seriously need to look at the people they employ into customer facing roles, its not like customers are the reason she is employed or anything 🙃

Clarks was really busy with children being bought new school shoes. However I was quickly served by Abbie B. who checked my shoe size/width (problem with bunion) and brought me a good selection of shoes to try. She was very attentive and I purchased 2 pairs of shoes .
Very pleased with the very high standard of customer service. Brilliant job Abbie B !

My daughters are 10 and 8 and this has by far been the worst experience I have had getting them kitted with school shoes. After booking an appointment with our local store to have them measured, there was 1 style available in each of their measured size, which was unsuitable for either of them. We left the store and looked to head to our next nearest local store to find that they had closed down meaning we had already been to our one remaining store. We were left to order online which is not ideal as experts in children’s shoes should know that size and fit are not one in the same meaning just because it is the correct size, does not mean it offers the correct support for my child. Needless to say after spending over £100 on 2 pairs of shoes, I was not in a hurry to reorder for the correct pair. Looks like our school shoe journey with Clarkes may now be over.
