I had a lovely experience with the sales assistant, Summer. She was patient, friendly and made the shopping experience very pleasant and welcoming. Came away with some lovely slippers.

William was great! Approached us and asked how we were doing, helped us with choosing our shoe and got our shoes quickly! Helped us with chosing the shoe care that we need and wished us a good day 👍

Karolina at the Taunton store helped me with choosing the correct polish for my shoes. She was amazing! I definitely recommend going into the Taunton store for any shoecare!!

I had to return a pair of shoes - unfortunately on the day that the Amazon support services meant that systems weren't working properly in banks and stores across the country.
Karolina was very helpful and tried several different ways of processing the refund but without success. I was only visiting the area and could not return to the store so she offered to hold on to the shoes until she could complete the refund.
The refund was processed the next day.
I was very impressed with the calm and professional way she dealt with a situation she had not encountered before.
Excellent customer service.

Visited Taunton store and had wonderful service from Gabby. So polite, helpful and patient. Really impressed!
The store is beautifully organised, clean and calming. Great quality leather shoes.

Orlando was excellent with my girls getting their shoes yesterday. He was very patient and helpful. One of my girls has trouble choosing when faced with lots of options and he handled it brilliantly. He was also very understanding when they both changed their minds at the last minute 🤦‍♀️

Polite efficient knowledgeable and patient. Very good service with a good sense of humour.

We booked a fitting for our Great Granddaughters at the Taunton Clarks 6year and 5 year old the eldest Aurora didn't take to long to make her mind up but Lola the youngest couldn't make her mind up then when she chose the shoe's didn't want to try them on then when she got them on didn't want to walk in them that's when GRACE the assistant was very helpful she talked Lola into putting the shoe's back on and having a walk around to make sure that they were the right fit.
Without Grace's help I think we would still be in the store.

The young man Orlando was absolutely brilliant with our 5yr old granddaughter! He helped us with school shoes & daps and engaged with us from the first contact right through until we left! An absolute credit to the store and the company! Well done and thank you!

We were served by Lydia in your Taunton store. She was absolutely incredible with our daughter. She was patient and kind. Our daughter has autism and shoes are a real sensory issue for her. She must have tried on almost every pair in the store in her sizes before finding one that was for her. We have met some really ignorant people over the years who have no patience or tolerance for her sensitivities and it was heartwarming to meet someone who cared.
We would absolutely come back to this store.

Iola was great, really reassuring for my not quite 5 year old buying her first shoes.

Gabby the store manager decided to try and Mum shame me by looking down her nose at my son, huffing and puffing and generally make herself look ignorant by expecting children to behave like adults! My son was extremely well behaved too. I’m not intimidated but for some Mums who maybe more sensitive it could put them off going in Clark’s again!

I’ve shopped at Clark’s for years and only ever had an issue with the two managers at this store - same abysmal and judgemental attitudes. And both clearly don’t understand children.

Luckily the two amazing team members that helped us and dealt with my boys were absolutely brilliant as usual. One was Carolina and I’m not sure of the other lady but she was outstanding too.

Sort your managers out Clarks!! Give them some training on basic child behaviour and psychology and some leadership training and get them to stop trying to shame parents for natural child behaviour!!!

Lucy was very helpful and knowledgable - sorted my shoe problem very professionally

We went to have my daughter’s feet measured and to get some new shoes for her, the staff there (Jess) was very accommodating. Jess measured our daughter’s shoe size for us and recommended what shoes we should try now that she has started walking. Jess showed us some shoes she thought we would like and gave a very friendly and positive shop. My partner and I normally like to shop without help in our own time but Jess made our shop quick and pleasant. Can’t recommend this place more.

I visited the Taunton store this week with my 3 year old and 1 year old and we were helped by Dawn. She was brilliant with the boys (who are not always keen on having their feet measured) and very knowledgeable about the right fit of the shoes for my youngest, who is a new walker. It was the first time I felt anyone had explained what they were checking for, which made me feel reassured that we were getting the right shoes for him. A very positive experience - thank you Dawn.

Lucy provided me with excellent customer service today when I visited the Taunton Clarks store. I knew which shoes I wanted to purchase and Lucy was attentive in collecting my size straight away and was kind to offer a shoe horn to help me try them on.
Lucy was great with her excellent knowledge and advice on aftercare with the shoes and gave me some great tips on how to look after this particular style.

Again, always great customer service when I visit a Clarks store, particularly in Taunton.

Lucy was very helpful and listened to my needs. Not only that, she offered an opinion when I asked her. When you're shoe shopping on your own that's very handy!

I popped into the Taunton store hoping to find some sandals for my one year old. Jess helped me find the perfect pair, and was so kind, friendly and attentive throughout - she made our day!

I was shopping at clarks today and i have never been treated so politely and respectfully. Ben was a great help in finding the perfect fit and i will definitely be back soon. The store was clean, bright and tidy, and the experience was altogether excellent and enjoyable.

Jess was very helpful and polite, she had a great manner with my daughter too
