Helen was very helpful because she made sure our shoes were the right sizes. She helped ensure we had the right sizes and if not she could go back and change it. It was a wonderful experience.

A sale item I liked was not available in my size in store but the assistant/manager? (Helen) offered to see if it was available online and then ordered it to my local store for me. She did this whilst simultaneously helping two other customers, managing to do the same thing for one of them (whose item was also not available in store) and fetching different sizes for the other. She managed 3 sales and 3 happy customers. It was refreshing to deal with somebody so good at their job and who went above and beyond with customer service.
