I had the most amazing and excellent customer service from Jasmine in your store in Thanet who was very helpful and was so approachable

A lovely lady called joy served and helped us with our visit to Thanet, Westwood cross Clarks. Our baby had her feet measured and we purchased her first pair of shoes. Joy was so lovely and interactive with our daughter, clearly showed her experience in what she does, of course measuring our babies feet wasn’t the easiest with the riggling around but she got it done and our baby got her first pair of shoes!

First shoes for my daughter, the sales assistant (Joy) was super lovely and helpful, thank you!

Went into store , chose boots but was told that the style I had chosen didn't come in wide fit only in a D width. Ordered them online in a E fit ! Not very helpful in store at all.

Popped in yesterday with my daughter and Jasmine measured both mine and my daughter’s feet. Popped back today to chose our shoes and jasmine was on shift again. Jasmine saw to us and assisted us with trying on several pairs of shoes. We are quite fussy with what style of shoe we want plus we have different feet requirements that Jasmine understood. Jasmine was ever so patient with us and ultimately she went above and beyond. My daughter and I left the store with lovely shoes and 1st class customer service received! Thank you Jasmine

Second time appalling service in Thanet Westwood cross. Manager was rude last time. This time it was just one person on the shop floor, extremely slow and unprofessional. My request to call for manager was ignored. Took 15 minutes to process transaction for one person. Never again, I would rather go somewhere else. This shop is horrible.

I was served today by joy at clarkes Westwood Cross who was very helpful to my needs of what I needed boot wise and is always friendly and helpful!

We went to Clarks at Thanet WWX for my son's first pair of shoes as he's getting ready to walk. Although my little boy didn't want a stranger touching his feet or going near him (understandable) Jasmine was able to put my son at ease really quickly. We got his feet measured and came out with a pair of shoes 😍 lots of patience, reassurance and our questions were answered. Thankyou Jasmine for a lovely customer service

I was served by Joy today at Westwood X in a Thanet. She was so lovely and patient with my 1 year old (who had skipped a nap)! Joy also spent lots of time with my 3 year old daughter, helping her to chose shoes which were the best fit and explaining the sizing to me. It made a potentially stressful shopping experience very positive. I would definitely recommend the shop and Joy and thank her for her time! My daughter says she was very kind and had beautiful hair!

Elizabeth at the Thanet store was wonderful with my autistic daughter, who has sensory issues and struggles to find shoes. We tried on loads of pairs and Elizabeth was patient, kind and understanding. We finally walked away with a set of shoes my daughter actually likes that fitted wonderfully. Thank you, Elizabeth.

Elizabeth was really friendly and helpful with both my 12 & 9 year old.

We were helped by Jasmine. The knowledge and guidance was polite and professional. My daughter especially enjoyed her feet being measured.

I got greated as soon as I walked into the store asking what I needed help with today. I was there to get school shoes. With it being busy I expected a long wait, but I only waited 5 minutes to get help. Mary was very helpful with measuring and fitting my daughters school shoes, making sure the ones she chose fit correctly.

Booked a shoe fitting for my son who is non verbal and autistic. He finds shopping trips very challenging and proceeded to have a bad meltdown in the store which caused chaos. Jasmine, the staff member who helped us, was extremely patient and understanding, and tried her absolute best to help us get my son a pair of school shoes that fit. I can't praise her highly enough, and although the experience was stressful due to my son's behaviour, it was made infinitely easier by having staff that do their best to be kind and understand in a situation where so many are not.

Truly incredible experience at Clark’s today! Bank holiday Monday it was heaving but what a well organised team. Sarah was fantastic making sure children were still kept occupied even with a 40 minute wait with colouring in making it a very easy experience and friendly customer service from Alice at the till at Westwood Cross store

She was incredibly thorough in measuring my daughter’s feet, ensuring the perfect fit. Her patience and care made the experience truly special, and she took the time to make sure my daughter was comfortable throughout the process. We were served by Elizabeth who was so lovely with my two girls. Introduced herself and was very polite, smiley and engaging. She showed us lots of options to match the styles they liked. She did not rush us and appeared very happy to help! A very impressive experience!

Wow Joy from Thanet found my son a pair of shoes with his first pair. This is a win and never happened in 15 years. Thank you Joy gets 5*

Elizabeth measured both of my children's feet and was absolutely brilliant with them. She was calm, spoke to them in a reassuring way and helped my excited new school starter to find the right first pair of school shoes! She also explained about the different fits and made sure that the size was correct and my girls were comfortable. Absolutely brilliant service and I hope we see Elizabeth in store again next time we visit!
