Superb customer service from a super friendly and very polite , knowledgeable young lad called Tom .
He happily greeted us with a smile and was so helpful to myself and my son .

Both members of staff that served us were excellent and very sensitive to the needs of my sister who has severe learning disabilities. Lots of patience and attention to fit. Spoke directly to her and gave a great service. Can’t remember the lady’s name ; she was super and the guys name was Sam- outstanding. Anyone shopping with people with additional needs knows how much easier things are if staff are helpful - made everything easier and we came away with three pairs of shoes !

Tom was so kind and helpful!! Service was speedy and enjoyed the company. I love the sandals I bought also! So comfortable and great quality.

I had such a fantastic experience at Thurrock Lakeside Clarks recently! Tom and Tonina were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. They really took the time to understand what my daughter was looking for and made sure we found the perfect pair of shoes.

I was in Clarks Lakeside this morning.
I was served by Tom who was just so helpful.
He listened to what shoes I would like and worked me to find the exact shoes and also sandals, ensuring they fitted well.
Tom was polite, engaging , professional and kind. It was a pleasure shopping in Clarkes @ Lakeside and would recommend Tom who was diligent and a credit to Clarkes . Thank you Tom😃

I had a fantastic experience shopping on a whim in Clarks in Lakeside, Essex. I found a pair of lovely tan leather loafers (not the chunky kind). Both members of staff greeted me well, and not too soon or too late after arriving. Also, I was offered help should I want it, which was positively reassuring. The lovely lady (sorry I didn't catch her name) brought the other shoe for me to try as well as product care items - the foresight was noted, admired and appreciated. She and her colleague Tom T balanced seeing to all customers seamlessly. Tom T was incredibly delightful, he showed me a particular care product that revived the shoe that had been exposed on the rack! I seldom bother with care products, but this one I bought because of Tom and the proof was in the pudding. I really enjoyed the natural flow of our conversation/interaction. I think it was the most pleasant experience I have had in a shoe store...or any store in a long while! Assets, well done both of you and stay fabulous.

Served by a lovely, helpful sales assistant called Gracie. She was polite and bubbly and spent a considerable amount of time helping me and my family in the store. Both Gracie and her manager Tom show professionalism.

Samuel at Clark's provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable about stock, helpful with ordering, patient with our daughter, and polite and genuine in his approach. A great example of top-notch service that you rarely get nowadays.

Samuel from the Thurrock branch in Lakeside was extremely helpful. He did all the measurements and checked thoroughly to make sure my child got the shoe that she needed. He was also very patient with our questions and requests.

staff need to be trained better. the staff member that originally served me was the manager, i wanted a size and she said it wasnt available so i could order. when i said no thank you she looked annoyed and didnt bring me a size of another shoe i wanted until 10 mins later, the store was basically empty. then the next person who served me recommended me the wrong shoecare with my shoes, i have alot of clarks shoes so i know my way around shoecare, if i took her advice i wouldve ruined perfectly fresh shoes. only the cashier was nice, but the manager came over again and ruined the experience. Don't recommend this branch for good customer service, try another one

Fantastic quality at a great price. Our salesperson Ella was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to our 13yr old in shopping for new school shoes. Nothing was too much trouble, an absolute pleasure to deal with!

Rasnida was very helpful and attentive, my kids have certain issues with their feet and it's always hard to find them appropriate footwear. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Kav was so great! She was patient extremely knowledgeable and gentle with my kids.

The other staff members were helpful too!
