Company doing well with customers, staffs working good.

Was at Clarks Walthamstow today, I went for feet measurement, and also got shoe for work I was attended to by Elliana a new member of staff, she was soo patient and friendly with me, she listened and gave me what I wanted. Thank you also to the store manager she too was very helpful 👍. I am very happy with the great service I got in walthamstow store. 😍😀😄

Shazia was so helpful and kind today at Walthamstow. We got school shoes and trainers sorted with zero hassle. She was great.

Shahroon was so helpful! Really took the time to measure and suggest the right school shoes for my son - suggesting one that’s better for a high instep. Excellent service!

I hate shoe shopping - the faff of taking shoes off and on but the customer service in the Walthamstow store of Clark’s makes this experience more joyful. The staff are SO helpful and greet everyone who comes in. Welcoming, helpful, authentically human.

Very helpful shop staff in Clarks in the Mall in Walthamstow. I was trying some shoes and mentioned to the assistant that I was sad that a particular line wasn't sold any more. I have flat feet and it's difficult to find shoes that are comfy and look good. She said that she would double check as they might still have stock... and she found the line in the Clarks outlet store in my size with a great price... she ordered it to the shop for me. Good messaging from the online system about delivery...very quick. Just collected them today and they fit perfectly. Really easy, really helpful...very happy with the problem-solving mind-set. Thank you especially to Hajrah.

Quick and easy. The sales team were fantastic. Kai and Lina were great.

The store manager was awful and so unhelpful. My order had one shoes that was worn and had marks that I was unhappy with. Asked her to do a reorder with a home delivery as I wouldn't be able to do a click and collect again alternatively offer a discount for the damage.

Her argument was it's still in a wearable condition but I hvnt paid for a product that for a wearable condition paid for a brand new pair of shoes.

Highly disappointed with the service at Clarks.

Had an excellent experience at Clark’s in selbourne walk in Walthamstow.
It was busy ( before the school year starts) but the wait wasn’t long. The staff are organised and polite. I was served by Winnie, she was lovely- made my daughter and I visit great. She’s very friendly, professional and informative.
Will be going to this shop again.

Viktoria at Walthamstow was fabulous today, helping my two children getting their school shoes. She was patient, expert and very helpful.

Viktoria in Walthamstow did a brilliant job when we bought our son’s first school shoes. She was endlessly patient when the shop was packed with far more customers than staff, and she was clearly knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommended.

Winnie at the Selbourne Walk branch was lovely and patient. She measured my two boys and provided great options for their different needs.
