Excellent service, spent time trying different fits for my husband

I had a really great experience in the Warrington Golden Square shop. Sadie H was really helpful, spotting that I was struggling to find appropriate school shoes and taking her time to make sure my enormous-footed teenager had exactly what he needed. I know he is far more comfortable than if I had gone to another retailer and measured his feet myself because I had the sizing all wrong. A really good experience.

Great friendly and approachable staff in store. The online order didn’t arrive and the staff in store in Warrington were brilliant.

I have flat feet and require orthotic insoles. I last bought smart black shoes with my mum 7 years ago for my wedding. Buying shoes has been a lifelong trauma.

Went to Warrington’s Golden Square Clarks shop and Sadie was incredibly helpful and I was sorted with a new pair of shoes quicker then I think I’ve ever managed it before.

Excellent customer service at the Warrington Clark’s store. So so grateful for the assistant that helped us as my daughter does have very thin feet. The assistant Sadie took her time and explored every option possible. Even when my daughter didn’t want to walk up and down.. Sadie is a credit to Clark’s and demonstrates exactly how customer service should be. Thank you Sadie. Xx

My experience in the Warrington Golden Square store was wonderful today, Jen really helped me with choosing some sandals for my holiday, I felt very looked after and she was so friendly and helpful- thank you! I really appreciate it! Jen even called up another store to help me reserve a sandal in my size just so I can’t get them in time for my upcoming trip to Italy! Thanks again - great service

I went into Clarks to buy my daughter a pair of boots and the service we have received by Hannah was outstanding! She was very friendly and approachable, she also was very attentive and helped as soon as we walked into the store. I was really impressed how patient and kind she was. She also went above and beyond on offering an exceptional customer service. We left the store feeling very satisfied with the service we received and would defiantly return again in the future. Thank you very much Hannah :)

Myself the only Customer in Store
I requested assistance, with a slim lady dark hair attending me, I asked if a shoe I was holding was leather as there were no stickers on the display shoe, the lady checked and said no. I then asked if the Clarks Tan Shoes I was currently wearing were leather, response was ‘Well I won’t know unless you take it off’ she then turned on her heels and left me standing there. I then attempted to gain the ladies attention who was sat down counting stock and deliberately denying eye contact with me. I then shouted across where she continued counting stock and said ‘I thought she was dealing with you’ making no attempt to assist me. I then put the £80 shoes back onto the shelf and said ‘No need to worry I will go elsewhere’ and left the store. When I purchased my tan shoes a few weeks prior to this incident occurring the young lady serving me was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for her. The two ladies in store on this incident day need this issue be pointing out to them and advising they need to follow the young ladies actions and adjust their customer service skills accordingly. Needless to say I will source the shoes I wished to purchase on this day elsewhere. What an extremely disappointing encounter when I have spent a good few hundred pounds on Clark’s shoes over recent years.

Easy to use website , well made shoes & excellent staff in the Warrington store. I purchased school shoes online after taking my granddaughter to Clark’s for feet measurements. I collected them from store & staff checked they fit correctly. Great service all round.

Good value. Delivered to store a day early. Store staff excellent. Both pairs of shoes brilliant.
