Great service and quality shoes for everyday use.

Even though the store was busy, Diba made our shopping trip for school shoes and trainers a fantastic experience. She was incredibly helpful and personable, going above and beyond to make sure my kids were measured correctly and each shoe was the perfect fit. She made everything easy and was so calm and happy throughout the entire process—she even gave me large bags to carry all the boxes.

Lanai really helped us with the back to school shoe dilemma as my son has large feet but still only in year 1, so had to move up to laces which he can’t do yet but Lanai suggested the “no tie” laces we can get on line to help which gave us more options.

Lahai was super helpful and went out of her way to find what my daughter was looking for. The most pleasant shoe shopping experience.

First time I've written a review for Clarks, and it's all down to Lahai at Harlequin, Watford. She gave amazing customer service, honest and sincere with her advice. Clarks, hang on to her! She's brilliant.

Went to buy shoes for my daughter and the staff member savanah was absolutely gem. The store had great arrangements for shoes shopping. Amazing organisation and staff experience. Also found the best shoe for my kid who is going school for the first time . Thank you Clarks for an amazing experience

Wonderful service provided by assistant Ilyaas at the Watford store, effectively rectifying an issue cause by another colleague. Even went to the extra lengths of providing good alternatives for further purchases.

The Sales assistant Ceylon was very accommodating. There was no issues with the multiple styles we asked for.
Everything was done with a smile, even the upselling of insoles was done in a very professional but friendly not pushy manner.
We will back again.

Brilliant customer service - very knowledgable

Sadaf our assistant was brilliant. Came up with options for my daughters extra wide fitting. Was very calm & confident in their job.

I ordered deliver to store. After waiting 10 days I went into store to collect and they had lost? My order. Would not give me a refund, just the number to call customer services for a refund. I was kept on hold for 19 minutes before the phone was answered. Was refunded but I feel very disappointed - terrible service and what's worse nobody seemed bothered. Will never shop here again.

Brought a pair of school shoes and with in 20 days the sole had worn away and they whole shoe looked like it had been worn for years. For the price you’d expect them to last. Would never recommend Clarks and would never buy again. They offered to swap for different shoes and then didn’t even have the decency to give them to me for free as a good will gesture. It was only a £5 difference to what I paid for the other pair but you’d think for a shoe to wear away that quickly they would at least give the second pair for free (not charge the £5 difference). Also customer service in the shop was appalling. Measured and helped everyone else in the shop even though I was there before them. Definitely will not be purchasing from Clark’s in future.

I went Clark’s in Watford. I received excellent service by hassan (?) I might be misspelling that. Made the whole buying experience a breeze and offered good advice on how to keep my shoes longevity

I visited the Clarks Store and was extremely impressed with the excellent customer service shown by the store manager Betty.

My visit was following problematic experiences with other retailers in not being able to secure myself some comfortable fitting footwear in accordance to my shoe size.

Initially I spoke with a another member of staff at Clarks who seemed reluctant to measure my feet, as they did not deem this to be a reliable means of ascertaining the correct shoe size.

I was subsequently approached by the store manager Betty, who without hesitation, measured my feet and suggested the correct sized footwear in accordance to her findings.

Betty answered numerous questions and introduced me to footwear care products which I shall certainly consider purchasing in due course.

I was also pleasantly surprised to have been offered a generous 20% discount off of my purchase as a gesture of good will from Betty.

An excellent experience and I look forward to visiting again in the near future.
