Kayleigh at the Enfield store was super helpful - checked through all the men’s shoe sizes for a size 12 and I was pleased to see there were a variety, which is not the norm in other shoe shops - thanks Kayleigh you saved me a lot of work!

Karla, at Castlepoint shopping centre was very professional and patient when myself and my two children were buying school shoes recently.
She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Especially after my son must of tried on about 10 pairs of shoes. She never makes us feel pressured.

I visited the Fosse Park store with my eldest daughter (14) looking for school shoes. If you have ever shopped with a 14 year old girl you will know it is no easy feat, couple that with seemingly awkwardly shaped feet and it is quite a task. We were helped by Talisha who was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, helpful and made us feel like we were no bother, despite trying on many pairs of shoes in different sizes. We came away with a new pair of shoes my daughter actually really likes rather than just the pair that fits best as is usually the case.

I bought a pair of all terrain waterproof trainers from Clarks online. Have worn these most days dog walking. However, as the UK has been in an official drought period with no rain the claim of being waterproof has not been tested until this week when we had some rain. THEY ARE NOT WATERPROOF. I returned home with completely sodden feet. I have gone through all the hoops trying to contact their customer service department. It has been ENERGY SAPPING. I tried the online chat bot only to be told it would take 52 minutes to respond. I tried the telephone helpline only to be told exactly the same! I gave up and emailed them instead and received an automated confirmation of receipt. Hilariously 2 hours later I received a Customer Service Survey to fill in asking me how they had done. Bearing in mind I still have had no response from them so filling in was easy. If I could have given them 0 I would. I replied to their earlier automated email asking how long their response times were only to have this bounce back as apparently they cannot now be reached!!!.

I fully expect to get the same AI generated slop answer to escalate this to the same email address that apparently cannot now be reached. I will be contacting Trading standards as they are clearly not selling goods fit for purpose. Sadly they are not the reliable quality firm they used to be and are living on past glories

Tiwe in Clark Enfiled town was really helpful for my son, she serve with a smile and go extra mile to make customer happy.

We visited the Bedford store to get new school shoes for our sons. We were looked after by Jacob who was very helpful with my eldest son who's autistic. At one stage my son needed the toilet and Jacob very kindly escorted us to the staff toilet as he recognised my son was getting a bit distressed and anxious. Very helpful young man, excellent customer service.

I visited the Peterborough branch today. Wow, Lauren was so helpful and creative with her suggestions - I have very 'difficult' feet to find shoes for but she found me some fantastic sandals which I loved. Two different pairs purchased, very pleased. Thank you ❣️

We had a fantastic experience with Onyu. She was incredibly helpful, offering thoughtful recommendations and clear guidance from start to finish. Her patience and attention to detail made the whole process stress‑free, and we’re so grateful she helped us choose the ideal wedding shoes.

Had a bad experience at my local store, travelled to Derby and was helped by a lovely girl named Megan who sorted my little girls measure, corrected it and swapped the incorrect shoes we were sold at another store. Will definitely be travelling to the Derby store for our future clarks visits- thanks Megan! X

We visited the Great Yarmouth store and was served by Jacob, he was brilliant with our 3 year old, let him try on all the shoes and was super nice and friendly. We didn’t feel rushed and he was thorough with the fit and an all round great experience.

I went to clarks (reading) yesterday with my cousins and aunt. We were served by Dom and he was absolutely amazing! At one point i noticed one of the customer was mad because she had to wait and she was rude with dom but dom didn’t loose his smile and his positive attitude at all. It just goes to show what an amazing human being Dom is. ❤️ It was lovely to chat with you Dom! Keep spreading your positive energy, it really makes a difference.

Visited Selly Oak Store served by Ruksar. Excellent friendly service helped my Grandchildren select school shoes. Nothing was too much trouble

Mrs Webber was super friendly and helpful even though it was busy enough in the shop. Found a nice pair of Wallabee’s that just fits like a pair of socks! Can highly recommend 👍

Maria at the Surrey Quays store was kind, engaging and thorough. She went above and beyond with my daughters, aged 3 and 6, taking great care when measuring their feet and checking the fit of several pairs of shoes.

I’ve been a regular customer at this store for around 10 years and have always found the staff helpful, but Maria definitely went the extra mile. We left the shop very happy and confident that the shoes we’d bought fitted properly.

Thank you to Macsen in Carmarthen for reassuring my daughter on her move up to high school. Lovely to know that there is such a caring and friendly 6th former there. Fab job helping her pick out her shoes and measuring her feet as well!
