Not happy with the customer service
The customer service at the store in Wigan was very poor. The Manager didn't give me the size I needed even though they had them in stock! She was rude to me! Thankfully the other employee was helpful and offered to help.
Also, on the website it is confusing for customers when it says something is available in stock at the store but this actually means it can be delivered from the local warehouse to the store.
The shoes are good. The sole is not very flexible but I guess that's ok for a winter model.
