Ryan at the Wokingham store was so helpful when it came to measuring and fitting my 5 year old daughter for new shoes. My daughter has special needs and is non-verbal so shoe shopping can be unpredictable! Ryan was really patient and did as much as possible to ensure my daughter was happy and comfortable throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.

Very positive experience due to the technical knowledge of Ryan and attentive care and advice. My son wears AFOs so it is tricky to find shoes which fit well but also in style and not oversized. Great interaction with my son who can feel anxious about new shoes.

We had a great experience visiting Clarks in Wokingham. The shop assistant Shannon went out of their way to try and find my little girl’s size shoes on sale that were not displayed. Highly appreciated!

I bought these Steggy shoes for my grandson. From online ordering to collecting from the shop, everything went smooth. My grandson loves them especially the dinosaur print on the underneath of both shoes.

The people at the Wokingham branch are fab, really lovely people - buy all my son’s shoes there pretty much!

I’ve just bought myself a lovely pair of loafers 😊 I initially bought on line and the shoes came quickly to my home but they were a little small. Returned via my local Clark’s store and the shop assistant made it a very simple and quick process to refund me and then reorder the .5 size larger to be delivered to my home. I think the combination of a local store and an online business really work well for shopping flexibility,
processing returns etc…
The shoes are a soft leather with a slightly padded insole, and have a large buckle so the look is smart and fashionable plus they are comfortable!

We went shopping for school shoes and trainers at Clark’s in Wokingham. My daughter has very wide feet and also has an orthotic in one shoe, so shoe shopping is often difficult. We were looked after by Ryan, who was terrific - he was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He took time making sure my daughter had shoes that fitted well and that she liked, and she has come away delighted with them. Thank you Ryan - you were fab!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The manager is really helpful, great with kids and really knowledgable. It’s like going to an independent shop.
