sales man rude behaviour and disgusting customer support

I bought a pair of shoes from the woolwich branch, a couple of days later when I went to change the size they did not give it to me,
as far as I understood they did this because the size color was not available in the shoes on offer,
i was called in customer support number after call 03300525306 i have been waiting an hour, i think clark have no any customer support operator . just disgusting horrible business.
their behavior was rude, and they were laughing at me a lot which made me feel very uncomfortable, I will never use their shoes again and I will discourage anyone else from using them.👎👎👎

Price check with online first or other retailers

Good product, poor customer experience and uncompetitive pricing for their own product

I have a Clarks Outlet locally and happen to have a toddler with very small feet. I found the only pair of shoes locally that would fit her at Clarks. I bought them and then I was surprised to find them cheaper two days later online and also at John Lewis. Contacted customer support and they said they don’t price match store to online but I could return them and then buy again online. This is an example of how to drive your customers away from buying in your own stores - not customer support’s fault, they’re just the messenger

Outlet store pricing seems to have gone a bit mad, I remember not too long ago infant shoes were under £10 - I bought them for my nephew. Now the pricing is £21 for similar shoes.

Staff in the outlet store are so disinterested that you feel like you’re inconveniencing them by being in the shop or wanting to pay - culture in the brand can’t be great. Maybe I went on a bad day?!

In future will choose the shoe I want for my toddler in store and buy from another retailer or online
