The staff at the Worcester park branch were efficient and helpful as they have always been in the past. I was out of the shop with my new shoes in ten minutes a very positive experience.

Lovely shoes, for me and my son, Clark's is the only brand I use. Thank you and continue with making fab shoes for us all please.

We went to buy a pair of shoes for me at the Worcester park high street shop. Mr. Sameer was very helpful and patient with us and gave us good service, because of his genuine customer service skills made us buy more than one pair of shoes. We bought 3pair of shoes.

I spotted some stock at the Worcester shop of my favourite pair of knee high boots that were out of stock everywhere else. I've have mine for over 6 years and they are only just about done.
I live a bit of a distance so called ahead.
Sophie store manager confirmed that not only did they have those boots, but also has them at a reduced price as stocks were from previous year's sales. Sophie said she'd keep them aside for me until the next day.
So result! I'm booted again for another 6+ years at a great price.

We have visited Clarks Worcester branch for the first time to buy school shoes for my son and it was a truly awful experience. The shop stunk of wee and farts. The staff were rushing from one customer to the next. I am not sure what options we had. £55 later we came out with some shoes. Let's hope they fit. Hopefully I won't have to go back there again.

It was a really nice experience and the staff there are lovely. I've been buying my school shoes from there since year 2 and they have always managed to last me the whole year. The prices are very reasonable for what you are getting 👍. I recommend getting your school shoes or just shoes from there because they are amazing.

I've been coming to this store for many years and I have never had better service than Karen today. She was absolutely outstanding, went above and beyond and was very efficient. She chatted to my two young daughters and made the whole experience fun for them. We successfully got them both new school shoes. If only more people were like Karen the world would be a better place 😊

I walked into Clarks in Worcester and had a brilliant shoe-finding experience with Olly. I needed specific shoes in specific sizes and Olly persevered until we got just the right fit. Olly was polite, patient, respectful, understanding and knowledgeable. He ticked all the right boxes and I came away with 2 pairs of very comfortable, well-fitting Clarks shoes. Thank you, Olly!

As always, delighted with the helpful service when buying shoes for my daughter in the Worcester Park branch. Service is helpful and patient, they listen to your needs and advise accordingly. The staff are always really great with children too and the shoes are very good quality.

We have seen Karen at the Worcester Park store a couple of times, she is brilliant! Helpful, efficient, and friendly. She is great with my 8 year old daughter and also my younger autistic son who doesn’t really like his feet being measured, but her patience and kindness is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I was served by a lovely lady called Amy at Worcester Park. She helped measure my son and sold us two pairs of sandals. Unfortunately one pair was too big and he kept falling over. The team in Clapham Junction swapped them for a smaller pair though and he loves the dinosaurs so much!
