We had a great experience with Steph at Clarks. She was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. My niece felt completely comfortable telling her what she needed, and Steph helped us both find really good pairs of shoes. Definitely 5-star service!

Service was great nice to be able to try on sandals knowing how they fit. As they didn’t have the colour in my size was able to order them to be delivered free of postage to my home address. There was an offer of £10 of sandals.

Joe, the young man who served us was very helpful from the moment we entered the shop, he helped measure my son's feet and showed us suitable footwear within our budget.

The staff member Joe who served us was really good with my little boy! It was his first time being measured and his first pair of shoes I thought he might have a meltdown as he isn’t very good with people he doesn’t know but Joe was really good with him and we avoided a meltdown! Thankyou joe

We went to get new shoes for my toddler and Steph served us. She was so quick and helpful. I really appreciated it thank you as also had a newborn in tow! All I would say is please can Worthing Clarks put the kids shoes on the ground floor as we are regular customers (kids always need new shoes!) and that would be so helpful with buggies and pushchairs. Or at least a lift!

I had a really pleasant experience at this shoe store thanks to one of the sales assistants. Steph was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. Her positive attitude and professionalism made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Joe was really helpful when I was in the store. Usually I'm a size 8 but a few of the styles came up large so he located what he could in a 7.5 in the stock room.
Many were not available in a 7/8 but he found all similar styles that were. He even went to the trouble of locating the styles in other stores and which could be ordered to store (and home!) for me to try. He could not have done more.
