Steph does an amazing job and really helped me today!

We went to get new shoes for my toddler and Steph served us. She was so quick and helpful. I really appreciated it thank you as also had a newborn in tow! All I would say is please can Worthing Clarks put the kids shoes on the ground floor as we are regular customers (kids always need new shoes!) and that would be so helpful with buggies and pushchairs. Or at least a lift!

I had a really pleasant experience at this shoe store thanks to one of the sales assistants. Steph was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. Her positive attitude and professionalism made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. I truly appreciated her help and would definitely come back again! Thank you Steph.

Joe was really helpful when I was in the store. Usually I'm a size 8 but a few of the styles came up large so he located what he could in a 7.5 in the stock room.
Many were not available in a 7/8 but he found all similar styles that were. He even went to the trouble of locating the styles in other stores and which could be ordered to store (and home!) for me to try. He could not have done more.

Visited the Worthing store today and was served straight away by Steph.
We went to have our son’s feet measured and to purchase his first shoes.
Steph was very helpful advising what shoe type would suit our son best and made sure the shoe we chose,fit him properly and he was able to walk comfortably in them.

Helpful team (especially Steph) at Worthing store. Some real bargains in the sale too (and it's always nice to shop local).

Great service by Steph at the Worthing store

Went into the Worthing store with my daughter on Saturday the 8th. Clare couldn’t have been more helpful. She was more than happy to help me find the right shoes. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She is the reason I will be returning to Clark’s, she made me feel so welcome and she was the perfect sales assistant.

Found the perfect pair of shoes in the Worthing store sale, but in the wrong size. Helpful assistant Steph ordered them for me to the store at no extra cost, and they arrived really quickly, in about three days. The shoes are super-comfy and stylish

After a poor experience in Wrexham. Where a young assistant totally mismeasured my granddaughter. I decided to get my granddaughter checked in Worthing this time. The assistant called Steph was brilliant. Both professional and very helpful. I might add that the older assistants in Wrexham are very good.
