A first visit to Yeovil, popped into Clark’s. The staff delivered customer service as it used to be, friendly, helpful and not at all pushy.
I was assisted by Sally and her colleague was also very helpful.
Two pairs of shoes purchased - a very pleasant retail experience.

I was served by Diane in the Yeovil store who was very patient and gave helpful advice to someone with awkward feet. Even though the store was busy with customers, Diane was able to multi task and made sure I wasn’t forgotten.

Sally served us the last time we used the shop, as before she was excellent. Great with the kids and very knowledgeable about the fit of shoes.

I would like to say how impressed I was with the service I received in the Yeovil branch. All staff members were extremely helpful and very pleasant. I ordered some shoes on Friday and they arrived on Saturday. GREAT SERVICE.

Very helpful staff at all times, I have bought several pair of footwear in the last 12 months. The zip kept opening on the last pair of boots that I bought, although I no longer had the receipt we were able to tell them when we purchased them, the date and details were then checked and an exchange made. No quibbles.
Staff are knowledgeable when asked about the footwear.

Great shoe fitting service for school shoes. Abi was was helpful and friendly and was great with my son.

Abi in the Yeovil branch was superb. She was extremely kind and helpful to my wheelchair bound Mum.

My wife and I visited Yeovil branch yesterday. We received great service from Chloe, the Assistant Manager, who was extremely helpful (and patient!) as we both tried on different shoes. After some well informed, practical suggestions we eventually found a suitable pair each and are very pleased with them. We are an older couple and commented that this is how shoe shops used to be. We will return.

Excellent help from Abi who was great with our daughter throughout and very thorough. Came away very satisfied with both the footwear we bought and the service we got.

Thanks again to Yeovil Clark’s for making school shoe fitting such a breeze. Diane was brilliant and very calming - she went the extra mile to help my teenage daughter find shoes that fitted well and that she was happy wearing. When my son’s shoes weren’t available in his size, these were ordered and arrived quickly. It was easy to book our appointment online so there wasn’t any waiting and that also helped keep the whole experience stress free. So grateful.

An absolute credit to the Yeovil store, Sam turned what could have been a stressful back-to-school shoe experience with my child who has sensory needs into a fun and relaxed affair, even though we had such a short amount of time available. We really appreciated his help and patience, even though we were not booked in due to a last second plan change. He listened to my child and helped her feel comfortable, this is the first shoe fitting she has actually survived without showing extreme distress and refusing to try on shoes, and I believe that really is due to Sam’s professional and calm attitude.

My daughter has additional needs everyone working was fantastic and so supportive nothing was too much trouble

Chloe was extremely helpful last week in my search for some sandals for my grandson. Nothing was too much trouble….she’s an absolute delight 😊

Can not praise Clark’s Yeovil enough! Especially Diane. I made an appointment online to take both my children to have their feet measured. However, we were particularly looking for school shoes (first ones) for my 4 year old son. He likes comfortable shoes like crocs ect most of the time so I knew this was going to be challenging. He instantly fell in love with some shoes that had a little football key chain on. (Not in his size) At this point I thought the appointment would be over. Luckily, Diane interacted with him so well and got him back on track. He ended up with a great pair of shoes he walked out the shop with them on. I couldn’t have been happier!

I required some shoes for a family event, I hate shopping for clothes! Arriving at Clarks, I was greeted by Chloe, the store manager. She was so helpful I forgot my loathing of trying on shoe after shoe. I knew what I was after and she found me the right pair immediately. Chloe was really friendly, engaging and helpful, she made my experience easy and quick and I walked out with a new pair that fitted perfectly and look great. Nice one Chloe, thank you. I like Clarks, they for well, are made well and will look good for years to come.

Chloe in the Yeovil branch was particularly helpful today. I couldn’t see what I wanted and was about to leave the shop when Chloe asked if she could help. She found the shoes online for me and I’ve ordered two pairs to be delivered. Really good customer service.

Diane in the Yeovil store was absolutely lovely with my 3 year old. She was calm, gentle, very thorough and good fun. She gave my little boy time to get a feel for several shoes which helped us to make the right choice. I was really, really pleased with the shoes and service. Could not fault. Thank you!
