But why does the Clarks Outlet website still proclaim: "Great news! You've qualified for Free Delivery"
when you sepnd over £40?
Because the following screen defaults to:
"Express Delivery by EVRi
£5.95 (within 2 working days)"
Copied and pasted from the site.
The default seemd to operate on - if purchase over £40 then go to £5.95 delivery. Why not go to FREE delivery?

I've bought several pairs of shoes over the last year or so. Perfect fit every time, and the high standards I expect from Clarks.

Bought these in the sale, extremely good value, leather boots, very comfortable, wide fit and look very nice, delivery was prompt, would highly recommend

Bought from the York Outlet store. Beautiful soft black leather ballet bumps. Sizing was poor, bought size 9 wide fit and this usually is fine but this time sadly not. There’s such sparse choice for us ladies with longer and wider feet…I love that Clark’s shoes last, but I’ve had to return too many pairs and get frustrated that I have to order them in as they’re not usually sold in store unless it’s a return, and also the more ‘fun’ styles are regular fit only. Come on Clarks - I’m losing faith…

I've loved Clarks shoes for years.
What I would loved love to wear is Blue leather patient Boots and Red patient or Leather.
Especially the wider calf boots.
As my lower calf was damaged in a motor bike accident.
Got black patient boots
It would be nice to have a bigger choice of Blue leather and Patient shoes.sandles and brogue shoes. To add to my collection.

Being able to shop on line as it’s difficult for me to visit stores ,also have no problem returning shoes if they don’t fit .i have tried many shoe brands but always come back to Clarks the finish is always well done making the shoes very comfortable and easy to wear

I have never had a complaint and have only ordered Clarks online over the last 3 years and I do wait until they are reduced and very happy with the shoes and prices.

No, my issue has not been resolved.
Two pairs of shoes from my order are still missing.
The parcel arrived sealed and was confirmed by the warehouse as incomplete.
I am still waiting to receive the missing shoes from my original order.
