Customer service at Whitehaven branch, lovely ladies, very helpful and sorted out my problem with some mens shoes we had purchased without any drama. This is the main reason I use Clarks in Whitehaven they are always pleasant and never anything less than helpful

Fantastic service from the staff at the Whitehaven store. They do patient and helpful with both my mum and myself. They should be the example for customer service in all retail environments

i called into whitehaven clarks Store .Tonks franchise Tuesday for a pair off comfortable work shoes, Debbie & Lynn were Amazing helping me choose a pair, they told me the benefits off the different shoes ,nothing was a problem even thou i did try alot on ,there customer service was really outstanding&so friendly. i definitely will return to this store 👏👏😁

What a gem of a store. The shop was very welcoming and the ladies in store couldn’t do enough to help.
My husband was in desperate need of some new waterproof shoes For walking the dogs but hates shopping.
From the minute we went in the assistant came over and immediately started having some light hearted banter with us. Before I new it he was sat down having his feet measured and loving all the attention. After trying a few different styles on he finally chose a pair.
Unfortunately for my husband while he was trying on I spotted a lovely pair of soft leather trainers 😂.
We both left the shop feeling delighted with our shoes.
Thank you to the Whitehaven store for making our shopping experience a pleasure. ( you don’t get that level of service shopping online)

On Jan.8th I called at the Whitehaven branch not to make a purchase but to ask if they would measure my shoe size. The manager, Debbie (Assistant no.5), not only obliged by doing this but also went to the trouble of checking the actual foot size.I was impressed by her manner and attitude. She wasn't at all concerned that I was not seeking to buy a pair of shoes; furthermore, the shop was quite busy at the time as well. I just think that this small gesture should be noted.

Very helpful and patient service by Lesley in Whitehaven. My 6yr old grandson Logan was encouraged to try on all the school shoes he liked and felt relaxed enough to discuss how he felt about them. He was delighted with the Obie Play Inf Black Leather ones which he felt were the most comfortable.
