Visited Clarks shoe shop in Yeovil on 15th June and was most impressed with the over all service especially from Diane who served me

I cannot praise Clarks customer care highly enough, they are efficient, courteous in fact everything a customer service centre should be.
And the returns department use Royal Mail and not that awful company that changed its name but not it’s actions.

We went to Clarks at the Trafford Centre and were served by Lesley on 7/6/22. She was very helpful and was able to bring out lots of sandals to fit the very wide feet of my daughter with additional needs until we found a lovely pair that were just what we needed

I only went in to the Barrow store to have a look and was approached by a lovely lady called Amy she was very helpful and friendly and a lovely smile .She handled my purchase with care,and was very welcoming she is a asset to Clarks .

Brilliant experience in the Clarks store in Lancaster. Fiona was really friendly, attentive and patient with my daughter. Nothing was too much trouble and she ensured we were happy with shoes we selected. Will be back with my other children due to this positive experience!

We had the best experience buying shoes for our toddler. Jess was brilliant. The whole experience was great - she made my daughter really comfortable so she could measure her feet - this has never been an easy process in the past! Beautiful shoes purchased and great advice too. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing service in the barrow in furness store sharon was great would highly recommend and will definitely keep going back

I was served by Devion and the Manager in Carmarthen on Saturday 28th May. They couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Customer service at its absolute best.

I was served by Sharon, assistant 501 in Barrow In Furness. I only stopped in to browse and ended up spending over £400 on several pairs of really comfy shoes. Well done Sharon!

Absolutely brilliant staff at the store in Rochdale. All staff very helpful. Joanne helped me with my shoe fitting, she was very professional and knowledgeable about the various footwear available to purchase. Joanne was very friendly and sociable which was great. I recommend the Rochdale Clarks store.

Central Bournemouth branch of Clarks Shoe's did not have my size in a shoe , so they kindly telephoned the nearest branch at Castle Point to reserve it.
I went there today and an extremely helpful assistant called Abby, not only had the shoe waiting, but got me a half size smaller which fitted perfectly.She was extremely helpful and friendly.Thank you Abby. From Andy Campbell

I went to Clarks Shoes at Unit F, Market Place, Bolton on Saturday 21/5/22 and Katie served us. Our daughter's new shoes were pinching her badly. Katie was so very helpful straight away and now my daughter runs all over in her new comfortable shoes. Thank you Katie for such a great experience for our daughter,

I visited the Clark's shoe shop in Cribbs causeway looking for a pair of strappy sandals to wear to a wedding.
Susan, the lady who was serving me was very helpful and patient even though I changed my mind several times. All in all it was a very positive experience and if i was looking to buy a pair of shoes in the future then Clark's would certainly be a place i would visit again

I bought a pair of Clark shoes on line.

Everything is fine with the shoes but what annoyed me was the fact that the delivery driver just left the shoe box on the front porch.

Anyone could have stolen them.

I certainly won't be buying on line again.

We visited the Clarks store in Middlebrook, Bolton yesterday and was served by a very lovely, very helpful young lady called Jen. She couldn't do enough for us. The shop was so busy, but she didn't leave anyone waiting long. Very professional young lady.

CLARKS - CLACTON

It was engrained in me growing up that Clarks shoes are the BEST because they are made to last. My Mum always bought mine and my brother’s school shoes there, so when I had my children, Clarks was ALWAYS the number one place to go for their school shoes too. I remember my horror when the Clacton store was reportedly closing a few years ago, but thankfully it was saved, although it did move to a smaller shop a few doors down.
It’s been a long time since we’ve needed to pay Clarks a visit since my children left school, but my Daughter needed a decent pair of shoes for work as hers from Next have literally worn down to the sole with all the walking she does as a Teacher, so we paid Clarks a visit in Town. There obviously isn’t as much space in this smaller store, so not too much on display to choose from, but we went in with a couple of pairs in mind after having a good look online, and thankfully these ones were in there to compare.
The ladies in there could NOT do enough to help us. My Daughter chose her favourite pair but they didn’t have her size in store, so the ladies ordered them with next day delivery and they arrived today, in time for her to wear them for work tomorrow - the worn down Next shoes were unceremoniously thrown away immediately. The new Clarks shoes are fab, the Clarks staff were fab, offering us a discount too, now we’ve just got to hope they don’t worry us again with another possible closure scare.
Please use this store in Town rather than order online, or there could be a possibility of it closing!!!

Abbie in the UK is excellent! I ordered a pair of sandals online that were too small; she helped me return them and order the correct size. She was delightful and I hope this goes to the right website to send my appreciation, thank you!
