Do not buy grom this company which is in China and has nothing to do with Clarks. Not only does this fake company charge you extra, allegedly for shipping, but doesn't tell you that when you place the order, they just add it on and you become aware via your cc statement. They then send you fake tracking information which you are expected to pay for and then surprise the shoes never arrive but this company tells you they've been delivered although they can't provide proof of delivery, they expect you to contact your local post office. This is a SCAM.

I just think Facebook should vet these companies before they allow them to advertise. There are thousands being scammed every day because they think the ads are genuine.

Awful shoes, awful customer service. Won’t refund you. Say they can’t refund if there’s no order number in the package, and of course there wasn’t. These people are based in China. Nothing to do with Clarks shoes. Getting nowhere with my refund. They take down all my comments on their site! Not said anything bad (yet!), just that they come up loose at the back and slip off. Avoid!!! I’ll be putting something on my Facebook page, hopefully to avoid others being scammed.

Like the other reviews, I got a Facebook pop up and the product looked good. They arrived and are cheap, poor quality and not the size they are supposed to be.
I have emailed about a refund but I am not confident about getting a response.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I've waited 15 days for my sandals to arrive, they are very poorly made, don't fit me properly and are a horrible colour, not what was shown to me online!
I didn't even think of checking the reviews because I thought I was buying from a trusted brand, obviously not the case at all.
I've received them today and apparently the time frame to return and ask for a refund is up to 14 days, surprise surprise! What an absolute waste of money, I don't expect to hear anything back from them, I've just emailed them now but after reading the other reviews, I'm not holding my breath.

I'd have given 0 stars if I could. Cheap wrong size and colour. Total rip off. Don't be taken in. Wish I'd read reviews first!

Do not be tempted by popups on Facebook. This company uses photos that look genuine and say they offer instep support!!! Absolute rubbish, there is no structure to the trainers whatsoever.
I paid £18 for them and they would only refund me just over £5, they didn't seem to be that bothered that they were actually too small for me!!
I will always check these kind of companies on Google from now on.!!

When will people realise that if is too good to be true then it is SCAMMERS

How they get away with that is a job for trading standards.
Unlike others, I read the reviews. But in hindsight they must have been stolen from a GENUINE Clark’s site.

This firm has nothing to do with Clarks, they are a Chinese company. Shoes sent were not the ones ordered. Ones received were very cheap. They would not refund my money. This firm is a fraud, do not buy.

Wish I had read reviews! They have several email addresses, several no longer operable. Offered 20%. They are a fraudulent company, but still getting away with it. Will report them and spread the word on media.
The shoes are not the same as the photographs. They are plastic and smell of glue. DO NOT BUY

Ordered a pair of orthopaedic sandals what an absolute disgrace of a shoe they were made by a 10 year not leather as stated not cut properly ..
Sent a message as soon as i received them and was told to use a different email address that they give me to sort out a refund both emails failed so I sent a letter with the shoes the the return address on packaging and many messages since no one has responded I have been waiting since March please don’t buy from this terrible company everything is fake …

I wish I’d read the reviews, I ordered two pairs leather orthopaedic shoes. I was sent a size bigger than I ordered, but they wouldn’t pay to return even though they had sent the wrong size. The quality is not very good, they do not look leather or orthopaedic and the boots sound like card/plastic when pushed in. They did compensate me 20% but they are not wearable ☹️

Bought 'Clarks' discount boots from sandalfans. Very poor quality, unwearable! Returns and exchange policy a farce! You have to post back to China meaning costs about as much as the product! SCAM!

Unfortunately did not check. Poor quality, not leather as described and smelled of cheap glue. Trying to return but fobbed off with 10%. Do not buy. You will be disappointed.

Do not buy from this company absolutely rubbish. I bought what I thought was going to be 2 pairs of orthopaedic sandals in leather, what I got was 2 pairs of plastic cheap shoes that looked nothing like the photos ,waste of money.cannot even send them back as cost more than originally spent. I really wish I had read the reviews before I had purchased .Disgusting that these companies can continue to advertise, I tried to put a comment on the advert together with photos but everytime it would disappear.

The company uses the Clarks name and logo style but the shoes that arrived have no resemblance to a Clarks shoe. The advert portrays a leather shoe but the shoes that arrived are made from thin, cheap, slidey plastic. Total rip-off, in my view
