Clothing quality is really poor. The picture of the tshirt looks cotton, on arrival it's pure polyester and it cost me £17 but looks like it's worth about £1 It looks so cheap and will not be comfortable to wear in warm weather. The tshirt doesn't include any labels - nothing about how to wash it or what it's made off.

OMG! Do not buy from this company. The clothing is horrendous and nothing like the photos. Quality is gross. Ordered a basic cotton hoodie and ended up with some ugly shiny polyester crap. Ordered several pieces and Temu does a better job. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I purchased a sweater advertised as 'Music Album Inspired Sequin Red Snake Embroidered Sweater' on Oct 27, 2024. In the photo online, it appeared to be a black and red knit garment adorned with sequin snakes intertwined in the pattern on the sweater. I received the sweater Nov 9. It looked nothing like the photo advertised online and also varied dramatically from the written description. The garment I received was in fact not a knit sweater at all, but a sweatshirt with a print of snakes on it, completely devoid of any sequins. I had purchased a size small and it fit like a size 'mens extra large'. I immediately emailed the company upon receipt of the item and informed them that the item did not match the description and I wanted to return it. I received an email response from them 3 days later (there is no phone number associated with this business listed anywhere online). They asked me to send them photos to show them what I was talking about. I promptly emailed them said photos of what I had received along with more detailed points explaining why they had scammed me and advertised something different from what they had sent. They emailed me back the next day and instead of promptly issuing me a return mentioned that they had forwarded my concerns in a 'return application' to the relevant departments and that it would take 5-7 days to even hear back. I didn't hear back, I had to reach out to them after that time period. Needless to say after over 2 months of this back and forth we could not reach an agreed resolution where they would offer me a full refund for their item that they scammed me into buying which was not representative of the way it was advertised online and I lost $40 (plus shipping) for a piece of junk. Please avoid this company at all costs and do not shop on their website. I would give zero stars but it will not let me.
