Really impressed- 100% recommend

I’ll admit I was initially sceptical about this company given the 50/50 reviews on here, but I took a punt (as the prices were good) and wow - the part arrived at my door in mint condition, well packaged, less than 24hrs after I ordered it! Superb service! Wanted to come here to dispel any concerns. Would 100% use again.

Faulty fuel relay sent. Bad customer service. Shop elsewhere.

Faulty fuel relay sent. Contacted him about it and he denied it was faulty, insisting that it was my car, or my installation. I even did testing on the relay and sent photos, readings and detailed explanations. I went as far as to swap relays with a friend. His relay worked fine in my car, but the one I was sent did not work in his car. He refused to let me return for a refund. I had to go through PayPal to get a refund.
Surprisingly, I was able to find one via Eurocarparts. Had no issues when I fitted that, proving, once and for all that it wasn't my car, or installation that was the issue.
Customer service was very standoffish and eventually just started ignoring me.
I was planning to place a large order, well over £1000 worth, for a restoration I was starting. I'd rather buy the items from several different places than buy from here again. Very disappointing given the image the company portrays of being helpful, and friendly for the enthusiast.

Aggressive Individual - Dreadful Experience

I've been amazed by my experience so far, having recently bought my first ever classic car, a MK1 Cabriolet. The support from fellow enthusiasts has been exceptional. Some owners even went out of their way to work on my car for free, which left me absolutely delighted and truly grateful. What a community to be a part of!

However, my experience has unfortunately been marred by a different encounter. Mark Carter of Classic VW is confrontational and seems more interested in creating conflict than fostering the shared passion that this community usually embodies. It really goes against the spirit of the classic vehicle scene and has shaken my enthusiasm for it.

It's a real shame, and I will never ever ever buy anything from him again. Wish I had seen the other reviews on here which are also echoed in the MK1 forums. Such behaviour has no place in a community built on mutual respect and a love for classic cars. Appalling.

Urgent part needed for Mk1 golf

Ordered a clamp for my mk1 golf as wasn't drivable and had a show that weekend. Ordered at 11.50am Wednesday and delivered Thursday at 12.41 and that was standard post in show season. Brilliant confirmation and order updates all the way and great products and availability at great prices.
