There is no money back guarantee as they say. Stay away! They give you a lot of BS excuse for you not to return. They will tell you that it will cost You a lot of money to return. You can’t call them only email and they take 24 hours to reply. Do Not order! Stay away from them.

This company is garbage! I bought 2 corset dresses from them, both dresses arrived with a completely different backing than advertised. After realizing I ordered the wrong size by mistake, I decided I just wanted to return and get a full refund. It states on the bottom of the website that the company does a 30 day money back guarantee, which is total bull. I politely asked for a refund and they refused, they said they could give me $12USD for me to keep the items and that was the best they could do, I spent $118AUD. I persisted in demanding that they follow their protocol and give me the return address and refund and they still refused. Not happy at all, hard earned money down the drain. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Terrible company who is not trying to satisfy the customer but do anything to keep the money you spend on their inaccurate products. After my purchase, which took 35 calendar days to receive, I started getting random charges from them. $10 here $2 there, and I only ever made the ONE purchase. After receiving the product that did not match the pictures, I tried to return, and they said “The buyback rate it high. If you need to return the product you need to pay a high freight to return it, and the refund cycle is long. It’s a better choice to keep it.” Are you kidding me?? BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

Wow- #1 I’m an idiot for not reading these reviews and trusting an ad. #2 this is probably the worst company I’ve ever bought ANYTHING from. It’s one of those “here look how awesome this dress is!” And then you get something COMPLETELY different. When you contact them about it they basically tell you you’re SOL. Please please please do not buy anything from this company.

Ordered a dress,it was missing pieces, asked for a refund, they wouldn’t give it to me despite their guarantee.
They said because of the postal cost, they’d only send $8 of the $54.
These people are evil, their business is designed to screw over other people, and they don’t care about your disappointment or the law.

Ordered my jeans on July 8th! They still haven’t arrived. I have contacted the customer service department many times and they keep giving me the run around. They refuse to refund my money and keep blaming it on the carrier not updating the shipping status. The worst part is I would not have ordered from them if I would have known it was an overseas company. This place is scamming everyone. Steer clear, and everyone keep posting with your similar experiences. I know I’m not the only one who wasted their hard earned money

The company scams people. They send items that are not as described, plus they charge fees that are not on your receipt. I was charged $10 on my final PayPal receipt, but not on what I authorized. First they said it was taxes, except, I live in Portland OR. We don't have sales tax. Then they said it was shipping insurance, which I did opt to add. But that was less than $2 and that was also on the invoice. They aren't offering any resolution. I'm letting PayPal handle this, I'm likely escalating to a claim and notifying my bank. This company steals money from people. Threw shouldn't be permitted to do business. Every single 1☆ review listed, is absolutely accurate.

Terrible company! Item took 7 weeks to arrive and it was not as described. I’ve reached out to customer service, and it’s nothing more than AI. One cannot have an actual conversation; your concerns are never addressed, but the AI urges you to keep the item and not request a refund, which you cannot do even if you wanted to. Horrible experience, nothing more than a farce. Stay away!

The site is a scam. The dress I received does not match the description. They are suppose to be laces in the back and pockets. The size runs small do it doesn't fit. I paid for shiping and received it padt the promised window. I asked to return it for a full refund. They told me to "gift" it to someone else because it is a top seller and high quality. To me the quality is poor and the material cheap, more like costume pieces. I again asked for a full refund and they won't respond, only saying that I received the size I ordered. I tried to leave a review on their page, but they won't post it. In fact there are no negative or neutral reviews posted.

Update: I disputed this charge with my credit card company for overcharging me and refusing to refund my money after false advertising.

I purchased two items and the return said Free and no problem. Well since I received the items 5-6 days ago, I have not been able to get in touch with anyone. You can only try and chat online but they’re always busy. Its says someone will contact you and Nothing. It’s a horrible system!

Ordered 2 items that are clearly not sized correctly. Their automated email response is the same standard apology and doesn’t answer the question of how to return and get a refund. They actually pretend to be a US based store. Total scam .. stay away

Received my order today and it was not the item I actually ordered whatsover. They use someone else's clothing videos and send you a different dress to one you ordered. absolute scammers.
