Horrible after (deposit) sales, is it a scam?
At first the communication went well, we agreed on a price to buy a car and i paid 2000 dollars deposit, with the promise this would be refunded if the purchase somehow would be unable to continue. They could not get an appointment with the local dealer and after a while agreed to give me my money back. After several months i still did not receive the money. Contacted them again and Ludovic said he will transfer it. Weeks go by and still no money and no response to my mails. Agreed COVID-19 has put a lot of stress on things, but this is very poor and shameful service and no way to treat a customer who had every intent on buying the car. It's just a scam.

I got a reply to my mail minutes after I posted this review. Saying they will just remove this review and not to contact them again. They just keep reporting my review. Unfortunately for them this is not how Trustpilot works and this is EXACTLY why Trustpilot exists. To give a voice to those who are ignored and being left in the cold. In stead of reporting bad reviews, admit your wrongs and solve them! Give me back my deposit as promised and stop trying to make this go away. This review will cost you more than the 2000 dollars you still owe me. I hope you can just answer me and act like the honest trustworthy company you claim to be! Shame!

⚠️⛔️ WARNING ⛔️⚠️ Now they claim that I do not exist and never did business with them, despite having called, mailed, agreed to a sale contract, and paid 2000 dollar with my VISA card, I have all the evidence. Can they sink any lower??

Ludovic's latest mail says it all and perfectly reflects the total disrespect for it's customers and the flaky businessplan of this company: making money off your deposits WITHOUT ANY refunds whatsoever, even if they say they would refund. I have received no services, no car, no goods, no invoice, all with verbal and written agreements.
"... if you think you are going to harm our business ahahah we sell more than 50 cars a month and its been years. good luck to you but no money back to you for sure !!!! ... "
Little do they know that VISA has a buyers insurance for unreceived goods or services, so I will eventually get my money back from VISA itself. They will investigate the case further and take legal actions themselves. So sad that it has to go this way and how customers are treated when their sale runs into problems.

As expected VISA has accepted my claim and agreed that what Classic Motors Empire did (keeping a deposit without service/goods, failing to refund it as promised) was wrong and reprehensible. Therefore I received a full refund from VISA. They will see you in court I guess.
