Good price, fast delivery but the threshold had holes in it, luckily I didn't need the whole length.
Also the majority was smooth planned but some was quite rough.

Quality product. Great service.
I bought 30 metres of solid oak chamfered edge skirting board and this was despatched rapidly and the product was exactly as described and very good quality despite being a really competitive price compared to rivals. There was an issue with delivery that was entirely due to DX but they were really pro-active in helping to chase and resolve this. I will be back to purchase architraves when I ge5 to that stage if the renovation!

1 star at the moment as I’m still…
1 star at the moment as I’m still waiting for the delivery - waited in for 2 days now expecting delivery only to get an email from APC each day to say the delivery has been delayed. The driver was literally the next road along today, then headed back to Norwich.
Obviously not the fault on Classicoak, but frustrating nonetheless. Guess I won’t receive my “next day” delivery until next week now, and will have to look to buy the wood I need locally over the weekend.

Apologies for the late delivery. we booked your order on a next working day with APC and it dispatched on the day the order came through. Having checked the tracking I notice that the package was misrouted by APC which caused the delay in delivery. This was out of our control and happens very rarely. Many Thanks,
