Not adding the feature I requested to them (bad ClassLink support)

Hello. Before I tell you the problem, the date of experience is April 1, 2025 (before April 13, 2025 when I asked them) because I do not know the exact date (this is a estimated guess). The problem about ClassLink is that they didn't add the feature and it's auto logout. Here is the explanation on how it looks: "The feature allows users to customize the duration for which they can remain logged into a service or platform without being automatically logged out. Options include setting a minimum duration of 12 hours, a maximum of 3 months, or choosing to remain logged in indefinitely until they manually log out. This provides flexibility for different needs—whether someone prefers frequent logout for added security or extended login sessions for convenience. However, this should not be managed by the IT as it is for everybody." So when I requested that problem somewhere around 2024 (possibly during the summer or fall I believe), they gave me a bad response saying "ClassLink Support is unable to directly assist students, [...]" (the part "[...]" does not resemble that is their whole response but it represents that it's cutted off but I do have the full response below) but when I did that in April 2025 and they responded at April 13, 2025 (that is 1 example of when I asked them and they responded (note that it did happen after that date but it's just 1 example)) and their response was the same thing I mentioned. I also provided a story (what happened a few years ago without this feature that I mentioned) that I did mention this story but their response is the same. Here is the story a few years ago that happened (this whole thing in quote): "Somewhere around 2020 or 2021, when I was away and it automatically logged me out (without anybody touching it), I saw a random person going up to my device and tries to hack the password because they only do it when their ClassLink account is logged out but they hacked my account and this represents why there should be a option to change how long should a user be automatically logged out and also, there is a similar thing happened to my friends computer in 2022. There is a trend that somebody would hack their ClassLink account when their account is logged out because of a auto logout system. While you may have not heard of this, it's not that popular and it's illegal. So that is the reason why I am requesting it here".
Here are the responses that they would say (that happened to me and could be you also):
1. "Thank you for contacting ClassLink Support! We are currently looking into this issue and will reach out as soon as we have more information on how to best resolve this for you."
2. Hello and thank you for reaching out to ClassLink Support!
Please Note: ClassLink Support is unable to directly assist students, families, or other end users, as our support is provided exclusively to school districts.
Why is ClassLink unable to assist me?
For your student's security, ClassLink does not control or maintain student accounts or data; instead, this is managed entirely by your district’s technology department, which has the access, tools, and training to support you with all account, data, and access issues. While ClassLink manages the platform itself, your district’s tech team is solely responsible for all user-specific support.
How to Get Help:
Contact Your District’s Technology Department
Your district’s tech team is trained and ready to make all equipment, accounts, and systems work as intended and to help students, parents, and other end users with these issues. For help with anything from logins, passwords, account access, or other concerns, please contact them directly. Most school districts offer contact information on their district or campus websites. You can often find what you need by searching for terms like “Technology,” “Support,” or “Tech Services” on the site.
Alternative: Contact Your School's Front Office
If you’re unsure how to reach the district’s technology department, your school office can provide the correct contact information.
You may also refer to our FAQ for Home Users for answers to common questions.
Because we are unable to assist you directly, this ticket will now be closed.
We appreciate your understanding, and hope you have a great day!

Thank you,
The ClassLink Support Team

Notes for #2: This is bad support by the way and ignored my request

3. Also, on May 17, 2025 (one example), somewhere near 10 PM (PST), ClassLink merged my case to the case from April 2025 (not sure if this is true). But before 10 PM at that time, I requested it again a few hours before 9 PM with the mention of the complaint here. There was no response after merging it

I can't explain more stuff here due to the character limit but as of today, the feature is still not added

Blacklisted IP

Tried using it for school, said my IP was blacklisted. I don't know what I did to be blacklisted from accessing their site.
