Helpful and timely advice for an issue I had. Recommended.

There were quite a few new things to learn on the course in line with the changing times. Tutor Mike at the Accrington St John Ambulance centre delivered the session perfectly and had a great sense of humour. The whole session was interactive and I learnt a great deal!

Class professional publishing have the most amazing collection of books if you want to learn to be a be a paramedic or first responder.my most favourite book is the urgent and emergency care of the older person this book is so amazing and I have learnt a lot from it

using the JRCALC app at work, had a couple of issues to raise, publisher responded quickly and effectively.

Darren and Adam were so professional and extremely knowledgeable in the Kent hub that I would highly recommend them to anyone..

Have got a number of books from Class over the years and the content has always been great, especially ACP! I had a question with delivery and return/exchange and their Customer Service team were amazing and very helpful!

Iv purchased a few books from CP and each book as been what the description has been, but I can purchase them through Amazon and other distributors as well. HOWEVER, I can’t say the same for their customer service or staff. I entered a competition on their website for a book and received a genuine email stating I’d won. Iv never received the book. I contacted them direct through their website and via other formats. Never received a response, nothing. Firstly, Don’t hold competitions and not pay out! Secondly, always respond to your customers. Poor experience.

Very poor inflexible customer service with no alternatives offered for a textbook that I needed to return after finding out it had already been purchased. This was a Christmas gift, bought 26.11.24 and tried to return mid-Jan 2025 as didn’t find out it was a duplicate purchase until early January.

Definitely needed this book as a student paramedic

I found it to be reasonably easy to use, but did have a slight issue with code for the book, getting it done correctly whilst using a small mobile screen. Apart from that I found it to be straightforward

Found the course very interesting clear and engaging instructors very impressed all and all would recommend to anyone

I needed a copy of JRCALC pocket guidelines in a hurry for an event I’m working at the weekend, I rang them up and spoke to a really helpful lady that said she’d keep an eye out for my order, she rang me about 20 minutes later to say she’d received it and would get it shipped straight away. I received it the next day. Amazing service!

Maddy from CPP was so amazing. Extremely kind, quick and efficient. CPP is very lucky to have you as a member of their team.
