This review appears to concern the same matter previously raised with us under different details. As already explained, the agreed services were delivered, multiple members of staff attempted to assist, and a refund was offered on several occasions. We even offered 3 free 1-1s to replace what you had, and this was rejected.
We have always sought to resolve this matter professionally and in good faith. It is unfortunate that, despite those efforts, misleading reviews continue to be posted. We nevertheless wish your daughter all the best and hope she finds the support she needs.

Extremely unprofessional and dodgy company. We were given a trial lesson with a class of 5 students with a professional teacher. We were happy with that and made them a payment in advance. After that real company face uncovered. They changed the teacher to an unprofessional teenager. Class consisted of 10 students. I asked for my money back and to withdraw my daughter’s name. Everyday, I’m promised a call back next day but no contact. I’ve been calling them for my money back but no response. I will now be contacting my legal team to take care of this dodgy company. STAY AWAY.

The quality of teaching was extremely high in my experience. The teachers were passionate and would always find a way to answer students questions and devote as much time to each student as possible, working through the week for them as well. Grades were elevated greatly in the final exams compared to before I enrolled my son in class tutor. He achieve grade 8 in English Literature and achieved 9s in Physics and 9 in Biology. Special thanks to Joanna MacInness, Antonys S and Hannah Rahman. They really helped him to excel in his exams. The admins also cooperate with parents really well and responses to any enquiries are quick and reasonable.

I was tutored at their online classes for GCSE English, Physics and Chemistry. The teaching abilities of the teachers are great, making the lessons fun, interactive and educational. Would recommend to anyone considering putting their child under the tutelage of excellent tutors that care about their students. Personally, I will continue with A-Level tuition here.

My daughter used class tutor since the beginning of year 10 GCSEs until the end of her year 11 final exams in June this year.
Throughout the 18 months it took time to get a regular tutor who was experienced in core subjects Maths , Chemistry and Physics.
We did trials at the beginning which took a few days to check which tutors were available for us.
Invoices were sometimes inaccurate and I had to check them sometimes.

Great experience for 4 years
I’ve been a student for around 4 years and it was really good! The lesson was really interactive and fun. I saw a lot of improvement in my work at school thanks to ClassTutor. Not only the lessons were interactive, the lesson themselves were really informative.

Very professional company
Very professional company. I was nervous at first due to the low price, but I shouldn't have been. My daughter had maths tuition. She could choose either once or twice a week. 1 hour per session. It was online and was in a group. I was worried that due to it being in a group, my daughter would get lost. She loses focus easily, and although she is good at maths, she can be a daydreamer. The groups, however, were very small, and the tutor directed all the questions for each child to answer in the chat. This meant that my daughter couldn't copy ither answers and had no choice but to stay focused. The tutor was clearly an experienced, British teacher. I have been a primary teacher for 25 years and so could spot a mile off that he had lots of experience working in UK schools. He was very professional and explained things really well.
My daughter has had lessons with quite a few other, slightly cheaper, online companies.... but this tutor was the best she has had. She said that she was learning so much more since joining Class Tutor.
We had messaged reminders, so we didn't forget the lessons. And the company would call us if our daughter wasn't online when she needed to be. If, for any reason, we were unable to argent the live lesson, she could watch the video recording of it at a later date- so we never felt we wasted money on missed lessons.
We pay monthly for the lessons and it's taken by direct debit. It was really easy to set up.
When we needed a break from the lessons, it was really easy. I messaged them, they then sent me a short form to complete and then they gave me my months notice. No hoops to jump through or difficult, begging conversations. Very easy and straight forward .I would say to give the company a try. I have been round the block for many, many years, looking for affordable tuition and I feel that this is one of the best.
