I ordered 5 x T-shirts, 5 x polo shirts, and 2 x hoodies, all with my company logo on them. From ordering to delivery took two weeks, so a very good turn around.

I ordered a UCL beanie from these over one year ago. The beanie is still going strong despite constant use. I'm ordering a hat soon, I hope they are still producing top quality stuff

i placed an order two weeks ago , haven't received it haven't been called back no one is interested i am taking this matter to court as this appears to be a scam company with a scam revue

For the past few years we have been using Class Workwear (Milano Embroidery) for our company's uniforms.
It is easy to take for granted when things go well but we must mention how good these people are! Wali has always been very communicative and extra helpful in fulfilling our orders extremely fast with replicable results across all our workwear.
None of the embroidery this company has made for us has ever failed, colours are superb and have always outlasted the garments themselves.
Has a company, it is imperative for us to have the best presentation possible, hence why this is our final shop for all our embroidery requirements and will keep attending for all the years they stay in business.

Very prompt responses to all my questions. Excellent quality base product, which I had personalised (embroidered symbols). The embroidery is perfect, even down to colour and position of symbols. Also, critically, I received my purchase bang on time, which was very much appreciated, as it was a big birthday present. All in all, brilliant service that I would recommend and will use again.

Absolute shocking service

I made an order to collect as I needed it by a certain date. I made the order and called to confirm the order had gone through as I wanted it. From what the man on the phone had said what I had ordered was what I wanted.
I came to collect the order and one of the T-shirts was made wrong.
The man in the shop looked at be blankly and told me there wasn’t anything he could do and he would send out a correct one on the Monday. (4 days time)

I didn’t receive the correct TShirt until 2 weeks later. The quality of the t shirt was terrible, pieces missing from letters and the logo missing off the front of the t shirt.

I emailed asking for another TShirt which was agreed, after a month of emailing to chase up I finally was just told I would be refunded.

I have never seen customer service like it. They just do not care.

Will never order from them again
