Classy Vehicles Ltd SCAM

Classy Vehicles Ltd" is not a recognized or legitimate car dealership. It is a name used by scammers to sell vehicles, primarily through online marketplaces like Facebook Marketplace. These scams often involve requests for payment before viewing the vehicle or asking buyers to purchase reports from specific, often illegitimate, websites.
How the scam works:
False Representation:
Scammers create fake profiles or use stolen identities to appear legitimate.
Low Prices:
They advertise vehicles at prices significantly lower than market value to attract buyers.
Pushy Communication:
They pressure potential buyers to make a purchase quickly and may be evasive or rude when questioned.
Unrealistic Delivery:
They claim the vehicle is in storage or being delivered, requiring upfront payment or a report purchase.
Fake Reports:
They may request payment for a vehicle history report from a specific, often fraudulent website.
No Physical Viewing:
They avoid allowing physical viewings of the vehicle or insist on a specific location.
No Accountability:
Once payment is made, the scammer disappears, and the vehicle is never delivered.
How to avoid these scams:
Verify the seller: Check the seller's profile and feedback on the platform.
Inspect the vehicle: Always view the vehicle in person before making any payment.
Be wary of low prices: If the price seems too good to be true, it likely is.
Avoid upfront payments: Never pay for a vehicle or report before physically inspecting it.
Research the company: Use Companies House to verify if the business is legitimate.
Report suspicious listings: Report scams to the platform (Facebook, etc.) and relevant authorities.
If you believe you have been scammed:
Contact the bank: Report the fraudulent transaction to your bank immediately.
Report to authorities: File a complaint with Action Fraud or the police.
Spread awareness: Warn others about the scam to prevent further victimization.

Who’s got the Camper and where is it.

Been trying to get a fair price motor home for weeks now but apparently it’s like you have to pay for it before you can even have a good look or test drive, it’s amazing how many people are advertising the same vehicles, ie a vehicle that was up in Peterborough isn’t even there, it’s at Gloucester ,? No it’s just down the road from me in Totton, Southhampton ? Hold the press believe to be in Coventry ,
Please give us a chance, like old school go to see the vehicles test drive them, this reminds me of a 🐷 pig in a sack.
Regards from one frustrated buyer, stop wasting our time 🕰️

Almost fell for this Scam and bully

Almost fell for this Scam.
As soon as you show interest in a car, they email you the contract ( within minutes)
And demand the payment. I asked for a test drive before buying but that’s not possible, have to pay for it first.
Even had a call from the company, from a rude gentleman demanding payment. He emailed as well to demand payment.
This will be reported and taken further. A company that bully.

Something not right

Wants full money upfront then they will deliver vehicle, will they deliver. Per company house, they are dormant with limited assets. Place of business appears to be their registered office which could be their accountant. If they do not turn up with the vehicle who are you going to chase ???
