I totally love your product
I totally love your product. the quality and workman ship is second to none. I purchased the travel bag for myself as a birthday present to me. I do a lot of long weekend get a ways.I had my family out at the lake house. My son in law is a Doctor, when he saw it this past weekend he did not stop talking about the quality of it. ( I think i have his Christmas present figured out this year). I will be purchasing more of your product for myself and family. Thank You

The bag is okay for the price but it's not what my husband wants. Trying to return it and get a refund is not as easy as they claim on their website. I'm having to jump through hoops to get it started and I still don't have a return address. For this reason I don't recommend buying from them unless you know for certain you are going to keep

The product was every bit as good as pictured. It met every expectation. On top of that, it was delivered lightning fast -- and to Hawaii, which never happens with anything else; in fact some companies won't even ship here.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed and Still Waiting for a Resolution
I ordered a bag as a special gift to celebrate my husband’s business 3rd anniversary — and the whole experience has been a complete nightmare.
The order was delayed, the personalisation was wrong, and I now suspect the bag may not even be genuine based on the quality and packaging. To make matters worse, I was charged twice without authorisation, and the company sent a second bag without my consent.
The product also does not fit the camera as described on their website. I’ve sent numerous emails, which have been ignored. It’s been incredibly disappointing, especially as this was meant to be such a meaningful purchase.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering. I’m still waiting for a refund and any sign of proper customer service.
