100% spam on phone, cant unsub

Absolute joke NOT the 1st time this as happened, but i made a deposit it was pending on my account but taken from my bank balance, still after 8 days of repetitive conversations and asking for proof which i provided on live chat it's still not resolved, i get spun the same old crap every time, finance are contacting the provider and are waiting for a response. I was told to contact my bank they said it's down to classyslots to sort it out which i sent them a screenshot to prove that, Well today i been told I'd be contacted by email from relevant dept about it, we'll see if that happens. I don’t know weather the casino is rigged or not . One thing I would say is you don’t win very often . U will normally win around 15% back which is atrocious. I have won but very rare very rare.

Automatically applied a bonus to my account without notifying me and couldn’t withdraw my real winnings (not bonus) as a result. Customer service team useless. Terrible website. Scam. Avoid at all costs.

Please, please do not use this company. The minimum withdrawal amount is 100EUR, and they encourage you to wager more of your funds than you are comfortable with in order to take your balance over that amount. Obviously, there is a very real risk you will instead lose your funds, rather than increasing them. They also deduct £5 per month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING if you leave the money in your account, and refuse to refund if you then close the account. Their T&Cs are woefully inadequate, and their customer service team even worse. When they tell you, after just three emails trying to clear up the fairness of their horrible service: "Please be advised that we are no longer entertaining any further emails from you." (ie. p*ss off, we just don't care), you know you're in hopeless territory. I am pursuing an IBAS claim against them, but don't hold out much hope for the £28 they have taken from me. Truly, a vile and amoral organisation - avoid like the plague.

So I deposited 20 euros and got 80 as a bonus, I did not even touch the bonus and I got my 20 euros up to 1000 euro and wagered over 3300 to make it withdrawable! This took me over 10 hours of playing the slot. After clicking withdraw it said I would lose the 80 bonus but I could withdraw the 1000 so I accepted. A day later I check the website and they rejected my withdrawal because I did about 10 6 euro spins and they said this was too high an amount! They then took away all my winnings! THIS SITE IS A SCAM PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO IT THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR WINNING CUSTOMERS!

Terrible casino!!! Cannot reject the 400% bonus and there are no responsible gaming options. Also you cant even use the forced bonus on the slots! Had to use it on roulette. Covered every number apart from 24. First spin.........24. What a surprise!!!
