I worked for Claudia Strater HQ as a freelancer through the YoungOnes app, and I strongly do not recommend working with them if you’re a freelancer.

Normally, I never wait long to get paid,I always choose the option to be paid within 3 days. This time, that option wasn’t available, so I was forced to wait until the company paid YoungOnes before I could receive my payment.

I worked extremely hard in that magazine for an entire week, and I still haven’t been paid. The invoice states a 14-day payment term, but it’s now been over a month with no payment.

On top of that, they provide no clear information about the payment. I’ve called them several times, and each time they say the payment will be made, but it never happens.

I also contacted YoungOnes about the issue, but they didn’t really help. They just told me I needed to wait and that there was nothing they could do for me

Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Horrible online shopping experience with Claudia Strater while ordering a leather jacket of 349 EUR. I had to make 4 or 5 phone calls to receive only an update of when they will be processing my refund because DHL couldn't deliver this item to my house. Each time they would say that they will keep me informed and obviously they did NOT. Only after telling them that I will contact the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets I managed to receive a confirmation that the item was back to their warehouses and that they will process the refund in 14 days.
Lack of respect towards customers, unprofessional attitude and they claim to be a respectful brand.
