It’s been a week an over I placed my order soo. After two days no updates of my order n suddenly the site has gone invalid under construction and no reply from email totally frauder I will ask my bank for refund and sue this site

No product sent and no communication from seller!
It has been a week and I have not my received or a message that it was even shipped. If I don't get my order by the end of next week (21/10/2022). I am going to ask my bank to refund my money. I've been patient I placed my order on the 5 of October. I can't wait forever.
UPDATE: Apparently the website is down as of 17/10/2022. I went to the claystationstore's Instagram and apparently the shop is shutting down.
I will be contacting my bank tomorrow to get a refund.
UPDATE 2: My bank finally got me my refund. I got it today on 11/11/2022.
