SCAM WEBSITE! Avoid at all costs!!

If I could rate less I would, avoid this site like the plague total scam. I ordered over a month ago and now Attempting to contact them for updates and/or refund site no longer available I can only suspect that the good reviews are fake to entice you in and buy their fake goods. I received an email from clean rangerz but can't open any of the links. I CAN'T EMPHASISE ENOUGH STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM

I ordered goods and NEVER received them - email after email after email and always responded with ‘it’s been delivered’ !!! In one email they blamed Donald Trump !!!! Due to tariff charges !!! The company is a complete joke and I have learned my lesson and will not buy from random companies online again !!

Items delivered within 21 days as expected from USA fantastic eyeliners genuine lovely colours Will buy more and highly recommend too thankyou

Awful cheap plastic glasses which are not polarised as advertised but completely see through so completely defeating the object of covering your glasses . The customer service is absolutely shocking i want to return the sunglasses for a refund i was offered a £1refund with no return hilarious ! I’ve sent three emails asking for return details and each time I’m told they’ve offered the best solution they could which is a £1 refund ! This company shouldn’t be allowed to trade its cheap goods which are nothing like the descriptions given in their adverts ! Absolute disgrace

Purchased some sunglasses from this site, thought I’d been scammed when the shipping app used was a known bogus one. Emailed clean rangerz after five days of thinking it was a scam and my purchase arrived later that day ( good timing) . I’m absolutely thrilled with the glasses. Definitely good value for money

I bought a 3 piece swimwear set advertised as 14/16, but it was offered as simple fuss free returns so I felt confident.
When it arrived, it was more of a 10/12. I measured it and sent pics to the company and requested a return. They said it would have to be returned to China(!) and would be expensive. I was happy to go ahead as it cost £24 to purchase. However after numerous requests, they would not send me the email and telephone number required by the shipping company.
I eventually had to settle for £10 compensation as I wasn’t getting anywhere …..AVOID!!

Do not buy from this company. They are not genuine. I think they are running a scam so be worn. Bought an item never arrived they are sending shipping details which is just waste of time. Now suggesting I should pay more. I have asked for my money back many times and nothing happened. How much are they making from people this company should not be allowed to advertise.

Bought foundation that's supposed to change to match skin tone and hide redness. Did not do anything. It was like a very poor quality moisturiser. After payment went through I was also notified they had taken extra and wouldn't refund. Avoid!

Company overcharged for purchase then product delivered was not the same colour as that advertised.

Avoid like the plaque, they are con artists without a doubt. Ordered one thing, thought they were just showing other items but once PayPal contacted me, I saw an extra item had been added p,us £4.99 vat, not shown when I click on PayPal to pay. Then receipt showed I was charged an extra £15+. Immediately emailed them to cancel order and like others no reply until next day telling me it had left the warehouse. I would love it when it arrived, now I have return postage to pay for. A complete con and probably from China as written word isn’t English, I never buy anything from a company wholly Chinese.

I ordered 3 products buy one get one free. I only received 2 products but only one of each. When I write to say hadn't received the free ones or the 3rd product they told me a system error and there was none of what I ordered in stock and offered me £4 compensation! The foundation was £12.99, I wrote back saying unacceptable, I wasn't looking for compensation just the refund of £12.99 due to their false advertisement etc, they emailed back saying best they could do was £7 compensation!! Avoid the company as this is just scamming people.

I bought from this website and was initially overcharged by £3.06 so I immediately cancelled my order (about 2 minutes after purchase). I heard nothing from them until 30 hours later when I received an email saying they had shipped my order. I contacted them stating I had already cancelled and to stop the shipping and refund. Again no response until the following day when they told me they couldn’t cancel as they had already shipped!! I pointed out I had cancelled before it had been shipped and quoted their own cancellation policy of “cancel before shipping” but still would not refund and kept saying it had been shipped and that “I’d love it when it arrived”.
I have asked for supervisor’s email or complaints but they have never passed me to them, there are no other contact details. Their own tracking information shows they did not ship until the following day also so they are blatantly lying to me!
We are 4 days in and still no refund or resolution!!
