Absolutely FANTASTIC service. Jaroslaw is a really customer service focused guy. I had to reschedule last minute and this was no problem.

I had questions about what treatment I should get and instead of just saying that I needed it to get more $$$ he recommended that its not needed (odour treatment add-on) which was great. He's honest and warm and did a really good job.

He mentioned that my sofa took 4 buckets of cleaning solution so finish and he usually only does 1 so I really appreciated that. He seems to care about results and customer service which is all you can ask for really.

My couch is an order of magnitude brighter and the musty smell is completely gone. I am delighted!

(I have a huge corner sofa with sleeping extension)

Super professional team, answers fast on whatsapp or phone, highest quality equipment and technology and very very thorough! They stayed dor 2h and saved my sofa. I highly recommend them!

Mr Bicki was very responsive, upfront, transparent about the costs and very reliable because he picked up the carpets and returned them as agreed. the carpets were returned looking brand new!
It was a pleasure employ his services especially in light of the fact that most services in Berlin are extremely poor. I highly recommend to use his carpet cleaning services.
