The staff were incredibly quick to respond and were able to book me in on my suggested date. I had Maria who was amazing and did a fantastic job cleaning the flat.

I booked a one off clean (extensive list covered). Good customer service beforehand, all questions answered promptly. However, the one cleaner who came couldn't possibly have managed all that was on the list. Inside cooker and windows not touched (despite asking for this) and rug not moved to clean underneath, bins not emptied (to name a few things). I emailed afterwards and didn't get a reply. Really disappointed - basically a normal clean for 3 times the amount.

I have used Clean & Clean twice for end of tenancy cleaning on my rental flat. Both times the tenant has left the flat in quite a mess, but by the end the flat has been spotless. The cleaners are very thorough. The team have also been very quick to respond to emails, and provide quotes etc. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

The end of tenancy is quite efficient and throughout. Had a great experience.

Worst experience with end of tenancy cleaning. The cleaner who came didn't understand English so was difficult to talk to. She left everything dirty including kitchen sink, bathroom, windows, kitchen hob...everything that normal cleaning can also do it. Had to be around the cleaner for the whole time. Ultimately she decided to leave when we were trying to speak to the supervisor (tried calling for 20 mins with no response) that it's a badly done job and need another cleaner to come and finish the hob, she left leaving the garbage bags on the door and stomped out. Never ever again!!

Check the email sent over with pictures to see what my friend was pointing out. It's her flat and we were trying to get in touch with you. But you never called us back or bothered responding to us for 2-3 hours.

I’m trying to understand some of those positive reviews here as they don’t match Google (verified) reviews neither the appalling service I experienced with Clean&Clean.
They said they would clean fixed appliances but our inbuilt coffee machine was left with all the coffee inside. There were lipsticks marks on the sink that were easy to swipe - I don’t know how that wasn’t cleaned. A leather armchair was left full of dust. I paid to steam clean the carpets but that have never happened, they just vacuumed it.
Last not least (especially if you’re a tenant booking an end of tenancy clean), the promised receipt was never sent. They completely ignored my emails when I asked for it as I needed to show it to the landlord.
Apart from what we paid Clean&Clean, we had to pay another £400 out of our deposit for another clean as Clean&Clean service was consider domestic cleaning and it was so bad we couldn’t argue.
Avoid at any cost.
