I didn't even call Cleaner Energy Solutions, I had no heating and noticed the plumbing van outside a neighbors house completing a service, I asked if they had time to look at my boiler. The two engineers did without problem. They found the problem, explained everything and managed to fix the boiler. I was very grateful for their above and beyond service. Will 100% be saving your number.

I was at my wits end after 2 days without heat & hot water during the freezing temperatures with my landlord advising that he couldn’t provide a gas engineer for a further 3 days! I was so relieved to find the number for Cleaner Energy Solutions & to be told they’d attend within the hour! The engineer (Dave) arrived within 30 mins, he was extremely knowledgeable, & diagnosed & fixed the issue quickly with no messing around. I’m so grateful & wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again, I highly recommend.

The entire process from obtaining a quotation through to the final commissioning went without a hitch, due in no small part to the excellent customer service provided by Jess.

I had an new boiler fitted to replace my old leaking one. Myself, friends and family have been using Dave for years now and we wouldn't use any other heating company. The new boiler was great value for money, but what you also get is installation by a top quality heating engineer with years of experience! Fantastic job, honest, upfront and peace of mind knowing I can always trust them if I need them. Jess is always very pleasant and polite she answered any questions I had and is a delight to deal with, excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them! A very professional company!

We have recently moved house and contacted Cleaner Energy Solutions Ltd to help check, service and move the boiler together with fitting new radiators.
Impressed straight away with Jess in the office who was really friendly and professional in getting us booked in.
On the day, Dave took time to talk through the work needed and provided advice on the best location for the boiler and new radiators. The work was carried out on time and everywhere was left neat and tidy.

Jess has now booked us in for our annual service and I would have no hesitation in recommending Cleaner Energy Solutions to family and friends.

What an excellent company!!
Came to fit an air con unit into our very hot conservatory. Fitted within a day, with excellent results. It’s so cool in there now, and will give heat in the winter. Lovely engineers who worked well and who cleaned up beautifully after themselves.
Would most definitely recommend them.!!

Called and made an enquiry and had a consultation within the next few days for a new boiler, radiators and smart thermostat. They were professional and asked about our needs - didnt just sell us the most expensive products they could, and helped us future proof for any extentions. Really quick installation and all members of the team were friendly and helpful!

Organised visits direct with my tenants for safety checks and gas appliance services. Proved to be reliable and turned up when expected..... so I would recommend.
