Lack of professionalism

Booked cleaning told them hoover not working contacted them at 10am and then had to chase at 3 for a 4pm cleaning - only to be told cleaner cannot bring a hoover - she will work with your broken one (!!!!!) and then when I asked to reschedule for the full service that I agreed to pay for - the person on WhatsApp became defensive saying they cannot do that and hoover was not mentioned as priority ! When I showed text message script - as evidence - there was no reply.
Avoid !
Unprofessional!!!
