Excellent

I’ve moved my entire portfolio over to Tom and the team at Cleanheat. Tom has been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable from start to finish. The level of service and clear communication have been outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cleanheat.

They sent a fake report

They sent a fake report, allowing the management company to take no action—even though an engineer who visited my apartment confirmed the issue (I have video evidence). Now, the property manager keeps insisting that there's nothing wrong with our AC, despite the noise issue. It’s a total disgrace.

Couldn't get any worse...

If there was an option for 0 stars then that's what I would have awarded. The coldest week we've had and these cowboys have left a whole block of apartments without hot water and heating. There are families with children and elderly people in these buildings and our management company saw fit to contract this company to resolve our heating issues. What due diligence did they do? Absolutely disgraceful that such companies are given these contracts.

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. I got an independent engineer to do the job and it was done in a week.
They took 3 months and now they are dragging their feet in the refund process which should have been done by now.

I'm sorry to hear that you had an issue with the hot water in your property. I hope this has now been resolved, however, if you could let me know the name of your block I would like to investigate this further.

Intentionally damaging our boilers

Despicable service. These people should be in jail. They intentionally kept hitting/breaking our communal boilers over and over so they'd be called out to "fix" them. This has been going on for over 10 years and has cost us over 200K plus in repairs so far. AND it's still going on. We did not know damage was intentional (who does that?!) until we took our property managers to court (Rendall & Rittner, also to be avoided at all costs) and we had expert plumbers assess our boilers - it just seemed weird that new communal boilers would need repairing every few weeks/months. That is when we discovered that they were being damaged intentionally by CleanHeat and R&R (they have been using CleanHeat services for over 15 years, still today). Even after we proved the damage R&R still insists on using CleanHeat so we still have ongoing issues with the boilers. Even after installing new boilers a few months ago... So we are without hot water and heating and sometimes even without any cold water for days at a time every few weeks/months. Avoid them if at all possible but if your property managers use them be extra vigilant with all the work they do and get experts to assess their work.
