AVOID THIS BUSINESS

I paid for next day delivery and the items were not delivered on time - due to them not being sent for delivery in time as confirmed by Royal Mail. I contacted Kerry and she was extremely rude and unhelpful - waited a week for the items to arrive, by which time I did not need them. She refused to refund the items - they had not even been opened as I did not need them. She kept the return and kept the refund. So much for supporting small businesses. Her emails were very rude too! AVOID THIS BUSINESS

Great product and superb Customer Service!!

Not only do Clean Heels shoe heel protectors do the job well, but the customer service is also amazing. Royal Mail lost my parcel, and Clean Heels sent out a new packet on Next Day delivery as soon as we discovered the problem. They even added a complimentary set of heel protectors. Very impressive.
