My sister had her oven cleaned today by a lovely lady named Edith (I happened to be there when Edith arrived). She arrived on time and was happy, friendly and very professional. The oven looked like it’s just left the showroom ☺️. Edith even took the time to send me before and after photos of the oven. I would definitely use this company and Edith again and highly recommend them.

Edith was really friendly during the enquiry and booking process and as responsive. She arrived at the agreed time and set to work straight away. The oven needed a lot of attention but she wasn’t phased and worked really hard to get it as clean as possible. She was really friendly throughout and did a great job! I would highly recommend! Edith is absolutely fantastic, paying attention to every tiny detail, it has been such a relief to find such a lovely, reliable cleaner! Edith does a wonderful job and is flexible and happy to work around what you need. I can't rate her highly enough!

Edith goes above and beyond both with the standard of cleaning and the customer care. So many private cleaners and so called cleaning companies think they can pull the wool, but Edith is a rare example of how to succeed in the customer service sector…..honesty and hard work.

I almost don’t want to write such a glowing review in case Edith becomes too busy and can’t fit us in anymore 🙊

But she truly went above and beyond our expectations to clean our home to an amazing standard - she came on recommendation and definitely didn’t disappoint!

Edith attended my property super early in the morning as requested and completed a deep clean. She was extremely thorough and done a fantastic job in each room. Lots of effort, time and patience was put into the clean and i'd happily reccomend and use cleaning connection in the future.

Really friendly and professional company. Having recently got the keys to our first home and spending a couple of few weeks decorating, we wanted the house to feel like a home. We requested Cleaning Connection to undertake a deep clean and are extremely chuffed with the results. We hadn't taken much care when cleaning paint brushes, drilling holes etc but you can no longer see the evidence. A really detailed, attentive job, thank you.

Utterly professional, timely, fair and excellent service - Communication was exemplary, particularly with a relatively short notice request. Service certainly was over and above expectations. Edith was amazing! She helped me clean my house, focusing primarily on the kitchen, where we had a significant buildup of grease. She thoroughly cleaned the stove, washed the countertops, scrubbed the sink, and organized everything on the shelves. It was a true deep clean.

Just as she was about to leave, she noticed an overgrown bush in my front garden that had been covering my front window for a while. Without hesitation, she offered to trim it and clean the windows at no extra cost. She didn’t have to, but I’m so glad she did—now my front window lets in so much more light! It was completely covered before.
