Not happy. The Henry Numatic Type Henry Floor Tool arrived promptly. However it does not have the clip hook that attaches to the henry hoover itself so the hose does not stay securely against the motor and falls loose and comes crashing out of the cupboard it is stored in. Most frustrating

As described on the product listing on our website, the Numatic Type Floor Tool is not OEM. The floor tool is compatible with the steel tube that comes with the Henry vacuum but as you mentioned it does not have a hook for attaching to the vacuum body for storage. We have now updated the website listing to reflect this.

You ordered a product called Acid Wash 80 which as of 1st October 2023 is subject to 'The Control of Explosives Precursors and Poisons Regulations 2023'. This means that we require a questionnaire to be filled out stating the use of the product along with a requirement for photographic ID.
We sent this form to your email address the morning after your order was placed on the 26th January and we did not receive a reply. Had you returned the form, your order would have been shipped and delivered to you on the next working day (Monday 29th January). Alternatively, if you had replied to say you didn't want to fill out the form and requested a refund instead, the refund would have been issued immediately.
Customer satisfaction is our high priority therefore I'm sorry to read that you were unhappy with our service in this review without first contacting us.
I followed up this review with a phone call, so I thank you for speaking to me. As requested, a full refund has been issued to you.

When my hoover was delayed arriving,I spoke to a very pleasant man - who said he'd look into it and get back to me, and 5 minutes later he phoned back to say it had been delayed at Customs.
As soon as it left customs, they emailed to tell me it had been dispatched and I was able to track it until it arrived at my house the next day.
I would highly recommend this company.
