There's no way this company has this many good reviews (go check yelp). These guys are scammers..... I placed an order and never received the product. Multiple emails and voice mails went unanswered so I had to stop payment on my credit card. Beware these bad players!

as with other recent reviews, I received a partial shipment. First response ignored my issue, just sent the receipt (CS email). The second was a live CS person who assured me they would reship my $100 of product never received. After that, dead silence. I've emailed, called and left a VM. I will never order again and regret ordering the first time. Wake up Danny Dillon if you exist!

I’d give less stars if I could. They literally stole hundreds of dollars from me over a month ago. No product received to date. Worse yet is no response at all from any of their channels. Chat is always down, a dozen emails no answer, and on hold for over an hour no answer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I DO NOT CARE HOW CHEAP THEY ARE.

I placed an order with CleanItSupply two months ago, and my experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. The initial order was only partially sent, and no information or correspondence was provided regarding the status of the rest of the order. After multiple unsuccessful phone calls and emails to customer service spanning weeks, I finally received an email from the CTO stating they were refunding the remaining portion of the order (and associated shipping costs per my request).

Despite still needing the item, my request for a substitute product went unanswered. Repeated emails and a final phone call to customer service, where I was promised a call back the same day, yielded no results. This was over a week ago. Their guiding principle is "Everyone is Our Customer!" yet I write this so that "Everyone is Not Their Customer!" Please save yourself valuable time and purchase from companies that appreciate your business.

I have contacted the company three times by email and one time by phone and have not heard back from them. I did not receive the bleach I ordered so I would receive the free shipping. I get all the emails wanting my business, but until this issue is resolved I will not order again. They told me in the phone that I would either get a credit or they would ship the bleach to me but that the needed to get approval first. I am disappointed in the follow up of customer concerns along with not getting what I paid for.

Prices seem great...but then your order either doesn't arrive or items are missing. Customer service is just rude...if you can even reach them...and they just play the blame game saying it's not their fault...it's either the customer that's wrong or it's UPS/FedEx that's to blame. I ordered over 2 weeks ago and my order didn't arrive...they blamed UPS for damaging the shipment but said it is my responsibility to know there was a shipping problem and that it was also my responsibility to contact them to request a replacement. Considering I never even received a shipping notice or tracking info I'm not even sure how I would have known there was a problem until waiting weeks. The only thing they were effecient at was how quickly they charged my credit card after placing the order. First and last time customer...what a frustrating experience!!

Attempted to cancel an order minutes after placing it. Sent emails and waited on hold listening to a Journey song from the 1980's. Irritating is an understatement. The customer rep said that orders cannot be cancelled as they are shipped immediately. Not a pleasant experience and their service really is an insult to the customer. How not to treat customers!

I ordered over $200.00 in supplies to recieve free shipping which it advertised on their web site. They charged $40.00 for shipping.
Called 5 times emailed to resolve this issue/ no response

I purchased a pair of forearm crutches. They were exactly as i expected and needed. and below the price of other sellers that i have seen! Also very fast shipping, only 2 days! Awesome buisness imo.

I placed my order November 9th and received it the 10th. Now thats excellent customer service. Product was what I ordered so I am very happy. I will be ordering many more items that I need from you.

Some of the boxes were damaged in shipping. Not the suppliers fault besides that the boxes are good.

I added to my order within a couple of minutes and you wanted to charge me two separate shipping fees. You wouldn't let me combine the two orders to save on shipping charges. D*** ridiculous. Nothing but pure f***ing greed.
