Three really nice people arrived on time and for my end of tenancy clean - it was a 4 bed/4 bathroom house so not a small job! The house was spotless when they were finished including the oven and the fridge! I would definitely use this service again!

Two lovely ladies arrived on time. Got to work immediately. No noise, fuss or delaying tactics. They did a fantastic job and left the house gleaming. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service, I got the after renovation package, Maia did an amazing job, it is such a relief having the thorough clean done, I was struggling to find the time to get it done, amazing service, highly recommend and will definitely use again as a helping hand.

I had Cleanless visit today to do a deep clean on our house. Two ladies arrived and worked very hard for 6hrs and left the house gleaming. Have no hesitation in recommending Cleanless and will definitely use them again. Thank you.

Clean to let took on my 3 bed apartment in Portmarnock.... It was a mammoth job... Tenant had smoked for 10yrs, and never cleaned...

Although arriving 30mins late. The ladies did a thorough job. When they say deep clean they mean it! Thank you I’m very happy with the result. I will use this service again.

Booked a cleaning well in advance, but just about 12 hours before scheduled appointment, the company let me know it was cancelling. I'd never work with this service.

Terrible experience. Was quoted 150euro for a deep clean in my 2 bedroom. Cleaner was booked for 1.00...no arrival by 1.35. Apparently her car 'broke down' (calling bull xxxx) Got a really great girl at 4.30 instead who clearly was not given any instructions. I had all of the cleaning products needed but told Sandra I only had a little Dyson so said I would pay extra for a hoover. No hoover was brought . Felt so much empathy for the cleaner as it was such a hot day. I tipped her 25euro and thought at the time that Sandra was trying to appease me as a new customer and didn't realise that she had already taken 145euro out of my account, having already previously paid 20euro deposit. Absolutely terrible service. No shade on the cleaner, she was fabulous and I have her personal details for the future. Do not go through this company.

I emailed at 6.37am to confirm one cleaner would arrive as scheduled, at 10am, as I had appointment to attend, after I showed her around.

Sandra confirmed 10am start, for 7 hours, with cleaner scheduled to arrive at 09.50am.

10.20am no sign of cleaner.
I phoned Sandra, she said cleaner wasn’t answering her phone and said she, Sandra couldn’t talk to me as she was busy and there was nothing she could do.
No apology, just an aggressive tone.

I missed my appointment.

One cleaner was confirmed to arrive for 7 hours. A male and female cleaner arrived, to work 3.5hours - both working would make up 7 hours.
This had never been discussed before.

The male cleaner left a few times in his car - my ring doorbell was sending lots of notifications. Also outside to smoke. He absolutely did not work 3.5hours.

Sandra sent a very rude text saying that I had not left cleaning products so they would not be able to clean properly.

I’d left bathroom, kitchen and surface specific sprays, mop, hoover, cloths. I didn’t have furniture polish, which I went and got, no problem.

I had to point out smeared mirror, water marks on floor.

One bedroom not cleaned at all. Other things I had specifically requested not done.

House is not spotless, as you would expect from a professional company, 7 hours ample time to clean properly.

As with all other honest reviews l expect Sandra will call me a liar. However, I am giving an honest assessment of my experience.

Such a disorganised and unprofessional company.

Quick and easy. Excellent choice of menu options for what level of cleaning required. No hoover or cleaning products. No problem you can request this for a reasonable fee. Our operator Simona was outstanding. She arrived promptly. Friendly professional, conscientious and
very hard working. Would definitely recommend.

Requested a cleaner a week ago, arrived yesterday 10 minutes before time, did an amazing job, I would definitely recommend this company, i had Assendra she was so lovely and hard working,

The girls did the most amazing job today my house is spotless its never been cleaned so well before there wasnt a corner missed. They were on time,efficent and worked very hard absolutely lovely girls,1 girls name was Ana a pleasure to deal with and Sandra from cleanless was fab so easy to deal with booked my job straight away and absolutely brilliant communication. I couldnt reccomend these guys more .

I booked the after renovation clean for my mams house after she got a new kitchen fitted. I found the girls to be extremely professional and brilliant at their job, even the rooms that hadn't been renovated looked like new when they were finished. I found the booking system extremely easy to use. I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them in the future.

Once again, I am extremely disappointed with the service today. Floors were not steam cleaned as requested. Coffee stains still on countertop. Stairs were not hoovered. The shower was not cleaned. Dust still on skirting boards.

Can you advise what is included in a 3-bed deep clean ??? 🤔
