Be warned about this company

Be warned about this company, we had them in to clean two drape curtains before we had a new carpet laid. The employee soaked the concrete floor but didn’t clean all the curtain surfaces, missing most of the back of the curtains. I took pictures and video of the dry patched he missed and reported it back to them. What would he have done if the carpet had been down?
Their response was “We don’t guarantee to remove all dirt stains” An easy copout for not doing to job properly. They were not interested in giving a refund or even a discount.
